Laura Fretwell, founder and consultant. Laura delivered a little girl in 2006 for a same sex couple out of Pennsylvania. She is experienced in the surrogacy community. As of January 2017 our little boutique agency has 134 babies born - with 7 more surrogates due and 6 more cycling.
