CReATe (Canadian Reproductive Assisted Technologies) Fertility Centre is a full service fertility clinic and surrogacy agency based in Toronto, Canada. Their motto is 'we value excellence in patient care.'
CReATe Fertility Centre offer a wide variety of services and treatments that are catered to intended parents and those struggling with infertility. Their services include ICSI, cryopreservation and Pre-Implantation Genetic Screening (PGS), artificial insemination, IVF, assisted hatching and the AUGMENT treatment. They also offer male and female fertility diagnostic services.
They offer egg donation and surrogacy agency services. This can also be an aid to help single IPs or same sex IPs to have children. They work in conjunction with a number of sperm banks as well.
The donor embryo program at CReATe Program is open to any couple or person who has decided that they wish to pursue pregnancy by using donated embryos. The embryos in the donor program have been generously donated by clients of CReATe who have previously undergone IVF procedures and have completed their family building or have decided to donated their unused embryos for personal reasons.

About the team
Dr. Clifford L. Librach is the founder and Director of the CReATe Fertility Centre and CReATe Cord Blood Bank in Toronto, Ontario. He is an Associate Professor in the Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology at the University of Toronto and holds cross-appointments with the Department of Physiology and Institute of Medical Sciences. Dr. Librach played an integral role in the establishment of the reproductive biology clinical and research programs at Women's College Hospital in 1991. He has made significant contributions to current fertility practice in Canada.
Having served as Division Head of Reproductive Endocrinology & Infertility at Sunnybrook Health Sciences Centre and Women's College Hospital for 25 years, Dr. Librach co-founded the Canadian Fertility and Andrology (CFAS) IVF Improvement Committee in 2004 and has presented analysis of clinic specific data at the IVF directors meeting for the past 12 years.
He has spoken to the government committee regarding the prioritization of funding for ART in Ontario, and presented at the House of Commons Standing Committee on Health regarding the Assisted Human Reproduction Act. He has been interviewed extensively on ART-related topics in the national and international media.
