Allie Manterfield is the Surrogacy Program Director and CEO of Dreamweaver, as well as being a 2x experienced surrogate herself. With over 9 years of experience in the assisted reproduction space, initially as a lead case manager then for the past 6 years leading the Dreamweaver team, she aims to provide intended parents, surrogates and donors with an enjoyable journey that will create lifelong incredible memories for all parties. Allie has worked with intended parents from across the globe, having plenty of experience navigating international laws and assisting intended parents with all aspects of their journey. Allie has a vested interest in staying up to date with current issues and updates affecting the surrogacy and egg donation process worldwide, to be able to guide and assist all intended parents, surrogates and donors in the most effective way possible.

3x experienced surrogate Hailey is Dreamweaver's lead case manager and assists Allie with overseeing the surrogacy program; helping intended parents and surrogates to have the best experience possible. She is extremely knowledgeable about the whole surrogacy process, and being currently on her third journey, has the ability to guide and mentor surrogates very effectively from start to finish. Hailey is a friendly and compassionate case manager who genuinely cares about the people involved, and is a fantastic resource for intended parents and surrogates alike! She has earned the nickname "The Breast Milk Queen" for her vast wealth of knowledge and experience around lactations issues and breast milk shipping!

Leah is a 2x experienced surrogate and is a fantastic case manager, having a wealth of knowledge about all aspects of the journey. Leah has the wonderful ability to deal with difficult situations in a calm and collected manner, always implementing compassion and understanding towards IPs and surrogates alike. Leah is based on the East Coast, and so is perfectly positioned to effectively assist intended parents on that side of the country, along with our European intended parents.

Viridiana is an experienced surrogate herself, and as a fluent Spanish speaker, works directly with clients and surrogates who speak Spanish as their first language. Viridiana assists with both the intake side (interviewing, educating and preparing surrogate candidates), and the case management for those who prefer Spanish language communication. Most of our intended parents from Central and South America, as well as Spain, will work directly with Viridiana, alongside Allie and Hailey, throughout their journey.

Linda is our go-to contact for our egg donors, and will for the most part be their first point of contact during their initial application and intake phases, as well as their main coordinator throughout the cycle.
