Jennifer Ingle has been helping intended parents realize their dreams of parenthood since 2003. She first served as an egg donor before opening The Eggceptional Donor Group in 2008. Jennifer studied Communications and volunteers with child advocacy organizations. Jennifer is responsible for recruiting and interviewing the outstanding donors and surrogates you see within the Eggceptional Fertility database, as well as working with intended parents to find the ‘match’ that best fits their needs. “I have the most rewarding job in the world!”

Hi, I am Tiffani Sneed, the surrogacy director for Eggceptional Fertility. I am a former OBGYN nurse and have a lot of experience with pregnancy. I have been with Eggceptional Fertility for 3.5 years and plan to be here many many more. I have a beautiful 6-year-old little girl, whom I adore. I love being able to help our intended parents experience the feeling of parenthood. I take a lot of pride in being responsible for our surrogates from start to finish. They can always count on me to be there with them through the entire journey!

Hello, my name is Samantha Roberson. I am the surrogacy coordinator here at Eggceptional Fertility. I got to experience surrogacy firsthand for one of the intended parents working with Eggceptional Fertility and throughout my journey, I fell in love with how rewarding this process was. I have been working with Eggceptional Fertility for one year, and I am currently in the process of my second surrogacy journey. I have one son of my own and two stepsons, they are the light of my life and though I may never be able to put myself in the same shoes as someone who is needing a surrogate, I am absolutely honored to be here and hold your hand through this beautiful life changing experience. Hi! My name is Rachel Jordan, and I am the Egg Donor Coordinator at Eggceptional Fertility. I’m passionate about guiding individuals and couples on their journey to parenthood. As an Egg Donor Coordinator, I’m committed to supporting you during this process of creating your family. I’ve worked for Eggceptional Fertility for almost 3 years now and could not ask for a better job! While I don’t have any kids of my own, I do have a soft spot for children and spend my free time being a mentor for elementary aged kids. I’m so honored to walk with our clients through this momentous decision of bringing a child in this world and will be happy to assist in any way I can.
