Maria is a visionary leader in the field of assisted reproduction. With a bachelor's degree in business and a passion for helping others, Maria has dedicated her career to supporting individuals, couples, and surrogates on their journey through surrogacy since 2001, when she began working in the field of assisted reproductive technology (ART). Her passion for helping others build their families shines through in everything she does. As a mother, advocate, and surrogacy mentor, María always had a passion for helping others and a deep understanding of individuals' and couples' struggles when trying to start a family. She continues to be a driving force in the surrogacy industry, working tirelessly to ensure that every individual and couple who walks through her agency's doors receives the support and care they need to create the family they have always wanted. Maria has built outstanding relationships with the best resources and has the experience and dedication to bring the dream of creating a family to life. Under Maria’s direction, the professional staff at ISC is committed to providing exceptional customer service and making surrogacy a unique and enjoyable journey. From the doctors, IVF clinic staff, and attorneys, to the surrogates and intended parents, Maria believes in building relationships with honesty, transparency, and sincere communication. Maria also serves as the chair of The Society for Ethics in Egg Donation and Surrogacy (SEEDS) mentorship program, where she provides guidance, support, and mentorship to new agencies. Through this program, she has had the opportunity to guide many agency owners in their goal of running an ethical agency. Maria is also part of numerous organizations that advocate for family equality, such as Resolve. She is also a member of the American Society for Reproductive Medicine (ASRM). In the last 24 years in the industry, Maria has had the opportunity to travel to multiple countries and advocate for surrogacy, as well as help intended parents from all over the globe achieve their dream of having a child. “I enjoy building close relationships with my clients and seeing pictures of their families as they grow. I love spending time with my family and children, traveling, reading, and supporting organizations that care for and find homes for rescued animals.”

Francesca is ISC’s Surrogacy Ambassador. For over 10 years at ISC, Francesca focused on researching and finding the best possible surrogates for intended parents while preparing and guiding them through everything they need before their journey begins. Francesca is a seasoned professional, having graciously stepped in to run the entire company for 12 months between 2019 and 2020, and has developed rich relationships and rapport with a multitude of professionals within the surrogacy industry. Francesca now supports ISC staff with intake, matching, case management, and everything in between in whatever projects or initiatives arise that would benefit from her extra special touch of expertise. Francesca grew up in the Los Angeles Valley and raised her family for many years in San Diego. She completed her bachelor’s degree at San Diego State University in Social Work and then moved to Murrieta, CA with her two daughters. After she finished college, Francesca decided to pursue something she had always wanted to do, and became a gestational surrogate in 2007. She loved her experience so much that she did it three more times. She has been a surrogate for intended parents in Germany, Spain, and the U.K. Surrogacy has always been very special to Francesca, whether it was by carrying a child for intended parents, or by helping intended parents through the process from the professional side, she knew surrogacy was her calling and has been in the surrogacy community since her first journey in 2007. “Surrogacy is near and dear to my heart. It is something I deeply enjoyed myself and I absolutely love helping others through. I know firsthand how wonderful this journey can be, and my hope is that we can provide the guidance and support needed so every intended parent and surrogate can also have a wonderful and memorable experience.”

Samantha, or best known as Sam, is a Senior Case Manager with 7+ years of experience at ISC serving both intended parents and surrogates through each individual journey. Sam has been a gestational carrier twice for two different intended parents from Taiwan, delivering in 2017 and 2019. If she could do it again, she would in a heartbeat! Samantha was born and raised in Southern California and lived in Murrieta for 30 years. She moved to Tennessee with her husband and their two teenage daughters in 2020 to help support surrogates in the Midwest and Southern regions of the United States and to experience a different part of the country. Sam is a devoted animal lover and has several pets including two dogs, two cats, two rabbits, two rats, a bearded dragon, and betta fish. Sam enjoys gardening, and when she’s not watching her kids compete in their favorite sports, she is outdoors enjoying the beauty of nature and feeding all the wild deer and birds on her property during her downtime. “Being a parent to my own children and a surrogate for others have been the most gratifying accomplishments of my life, and I want to do everything I can to help others achieve the same rewarding feeling.”

Corinne started with the company in 2015 as a Case Manager and quickly moved to Accounting by 2016, having over 15 years of experience as an Accountant prior to ISC. Today, Corinne is ISC’s Accounting Manager, overseeing the financial aspects for the company as well as coordinating with the various escrow companies and attorneys who hold client escrow accounts. Her priority is to ensure that the funds of ISC clients are handled responsibly and surrogates are always paid in a timely fashion. Corinne also speaks French fluently as she was born in Paris, France. She is ISC’s French liaison, ensuring that our French clients have a clear understanding of all the multi-faceted aspects of their surrogacy journey— whether they are at the very beginning of the process or need assistance at any point during their journey. Outside of work, Corinne cherishes spending time with her family. She enjoys staying active and working out, and loves the outdoors, especially the beach. Corinne also has an appreciation for art, painting, and drawing. “My desires and passion are to be a part of changing lives and making a difference. Having children and grandchildren of my own, I cannot imagine life without them, and I am grateful to be a part of making this dream come true for many families through surrogacy!”

Kim is ISC’s Surrogate Intake Manager and has been with the company since 2022. Her role entails collecting medical records and documents, interviewing and screening candidates, building profiles, and preparing each surrogate on what to expect throughout the surrogacy process in general and at ISC in specific. She enjoys getting to know each individual surrogate throughout the process so they can find the perfect match. Kim grew up in Tracy, CA and received her associate’s degree in Respiratory Therapy. After working in the field for a couple years, she decided to start her family and became a stay-at-home mom. Surrogacy was something she dreamed of since before she had her first child. She knew she wanted to wait until she was done having her own children and was finally able to pursue her dream of becoming a surrogate in 2022. Kim was a surrogate through ISC and became part of ISC’s staff during her pregnancy. She had a truly special journey and became very close with her intended parents. Kim has two boys and they are her entire world. Kim and her family enjoy camping in their trailer, anything outdoors, going to concerts, and going on any adventures they can find! Her boys were very involved in her surrogacy journey and love explaining all about it to anyone that asks. “I am extremely passionate about surrogacy for so many reasons. Going through my own journey and experiencing the joy of helping create a family is a feeling you can’t even put into words. Being able to work in this community professionally and watch families grow is truly a dream. I love to share my journey with every surrogate and watch their faces as they light up thinking about their journey to come!”

Arianna has been with the company since 2016 and became ISC’s CEO in 2024. She is well versed in all aspects of surrogacy from her own surrogacy journey and having worked in every role within the company from Intake to Case Management to Agency Director. She has created and refined many of ISC’s processes and procedures across all departments with the goal of continually improving the experience ISC’s clients and colleagues have with the company. Arianna’s personal surrogacy journey in 2013-2015 had many complications but ultimately resulted in the delivery of a healthy baby girl for a couple in Asia. This life-changing experience influenced her to work in surrogacy professionally and advocate for the surrogacy community. Arianna graduated with honors from Mount San Jacinto College with an associate's degree in Social & Behavioral Sciences. Arianna is actively involved with the Society for Ethics in Egg Donation and Surrogacy (SEEDS), the American Society for Reproductive Medicine (ASRM), Resolve: The National Infertility Association, and other nonprofits and organizations within the ART community. Arianna has been a guest speaker on various surrogacy topics in the United States and at international conferences, on podcasts and social media, and has met with members of Congress to advocate for issues surrounding surrogacy, IVF, family building, and access to care. Arianna was born and raised in Murrieta, CA, and after briefly living in Spokane, Washington, she found her way back home. Arianna has been married to her devoted husband for over 15 years and they now live in Murrieta with their daughter and son. Arianna and her family enjoy playing video games together, watching movies, playing sports with the neighborhood kids, hosting game nights, and volunteering at a local youth group. Arianna loves to sing and play piano and volunteers in the band at her church. “Overcoming the challenges and complications in my surrogacy journey with joy and appreciation has led me to a wonderfully rewarding career in surrogacy. Aiding and encouraging intended parents and surrogates by providing excellent, ethical, personable support, and engaging in a community which continually aims to improve the quality of care and access to ethical surrogacy practices makes working in surrogacy incredibly fulfilling to me.”

Jason was brought into ISC in January 2021 to launch new strategic initiatives for the company, formalize business processes and drive efficiencies to best serve ISC clients, collaborate with surrogacy professionals, and support the surrogates that selflessly dedicate their time and energy in creating an exceptional experience. Jason graduated from Purdue University in 1998 with a Bachelor in Communications and English Literature with a minor in Marketing. Jason went back to school one year later to earn his certification in Applied Information Technology. Jason has spent over 25 years working in several different industries (Information Technology, Airline, Advertising, Finance) in multiple capacities (Business Strategy, Product Management, User Experience Design, Project/Program Management), from working for large international companies to being a self-starting entrepreneur. Jason lives in Denver, CO, and loves the never-ending beauty the state has to offer. He enjoys snowboarding, mountain biking, yoga, reading novels, and visiting historically significant places around the world in his spare time, but most of all he appreciates spending quality time with his two children and walking with his dogs every day. “After spending many years in big business and feeling like I lost touch with serving a meaningful purpose, I decided it was time to get back to a more fulfilling intention, and what better way to do that than use the skills I’d acquired over the years to play my small part in helping create families for those challenged to do so on their own.”

Christina, best known as “Christy,” started in 2014 as a surrogate at ISC and completed several journeys of her own through the agency before joining ISC’s staff in 2022. She is the Senior Matching Coordinator at ISC and coordinates all aspects of the matching process. Christy helps intended parents and surrogates explore potential matches together and guides them through this significant phase. Once a surrogate and intended parent are matched, Christy finalizes all matching documentation, provides relevant information to and liaises with the necessary third-party professionals, and coordinates the medical screening appointment in preparation for the journey ahead once the surrogate is medically cleared. Christy has delivered five surrogate babies (including a set of twins) as a proud 4-time surrogate through ISC. Christy is passionate about helping provide intended parents and surrogates with an experience as stress-free and enjoyable as possible. Christy is the proud mom of three wonderful children. She loves to advocate for surrogacy and also raise awareness of autism. Christy is a Disney fanatic and loves to travel and make memories with her family. "To see the pure love in the parent’s eyes while looking at their sweet baby after their long journey to parenthood is just the best feeling in the world, and to know I had a helping hand in it is beyond words."

Heather is the Case Management Director at ISC with over 6 years of experience as a Senior Case Manager helping both intended parents and surrogates through their memorable journeys together. Heather oversees the case management department at ISC and also manages cases. Having been a surrogate twice herself (carrying two sets of boy/girl twins for two amazing couples in 2018 and 2021), Heather has experienced the incredible impact that helping parents start or grow their families has, which led her to realize this is something she wanted to continue to do for others by working in the surrogacy community as a case manager. She did not want to stop there either– Heather has a master’s degree in Psychology and recently added to her educational credentials by becoming a certified Health and Wellness and Life Coach so that she could further assist the surrogates and intended parents she works with to be the best version of themselves on their journeys and in life. Heather was born and raised in a small hometown in Western Pennsylvania and has since explored the world from Europe to the West and East coasts of the United States. She has now officially planted her roots on the coast of North Carolina. Heather enjoys life with her husband of 10+ years, their daughter, and their cat/dog duo. If Heather is not helping others through work, she is most likely outdoors doing something fun and active with her family like mountain biking, going to the beach, or finding some adventure or challenge to tackle. “Outside of having my own daughter and becoming a parent myself, there has been nothing more fulfilling than being a part of creating life and joy for deserving parents-to-be, and to work alongside some of the most kindhearted and selfless women out there who signed up for this astounding and rewarding sacrifice of surrogacy.”

Erica is the Intake and Matching Director and oversees the surrogate intake, intended parent intake, and matching departments at ISC. She also educates and works with new intended parents as they start their search for a surrogate and help them through the matching process. Erica has worked in the field of third party reproduction for over 8 years. From experience working on the clinical side of surrogacy, working with referral sources, and working at an agency, Erica incorporates experience and perspective from many different angles to her role at ISC. Erica received her degree in Health Sciences and has always had a passion for helping others. Erica lives on the East Coast with her partner, their two teenage daughters, her dog, and two cats. In her free time she loves spending time outdoors, hiking, playing volleyball or softball, and simply spending time with her family and their dog. Erica has been an egg donor 8 times and a surrogate 3 times, delivering surrogate babies in 2019, 2021 and 2023. Her family is her biggest support and they love being able to share all of the joy and love that helping bring babies into this world brings to us all. "Having been able to help so many families bring babies into this world, whether through egg donation or surrogacy, is one of the most rewarding things I have ever and will ever do in my life. I only hope those parents can experience the joys of having the same love for their children as I have for mine."

Roberto is the Marketing and Operations Specialist at ISC and has been part of the ISC team full-time since 2023, although he has been with the company for many years. Roberto has an extensive background in customer service and focuses on growing ISC’s marketing department and executing strategic marketing initiatives. Roberto has experience with various jobs in the automotive industry and is well versed in understanding the buying habits of people, which gives him targeted insight to coordinate marketing campaigns and updates. Translating marketing from the automotive industry to the surrogacy community is a new challenge for Roberto, but he enjoys bringing new ideas to the table and making surrogacy more widely known. Roberto lives in San Diego, California. He loves to visit new places and is a self-proclaimed “foodie” who is always happy to share ideas on great places to try for whatever specific cuisine someone is looking for. “I have always been someone who likes to help people, and I think there is no better way to do that than by being part of a company that helps create families.”

Gracie is ISC’s Social Media Manager and spearheads the surrogate referral and content programs. She enjoys creating content and collaborating with surrogacy professionals to bring awareness and support to the surrogacy community, and working with ISC’s surrogates and intended parents to share perspectives from their journeys. Gracie is a proud mother of two wonderful boys and is happily married to her best friend. She also had the incredible opportunity to serve as a surrogate herself, bringing the joy of parenthood to three families. “As a social media specialist, I thrive on capturing captivating moments from behind the screen. My passion lies in engaging and connecting with audiences on various social media platforms, and there is something truly fulfilling to me in fostering meaningful interactions online. Assisting others in experiencing the beauty of parenthood has always held a special place in my heart. It's a dream come true that I cherish deeply.”

Brandy is a Case Manager at ISC and also works in other roles such as in intake and matching as needed to assist the team’s needs and ebbs and flows across departments. After 9 years working in education and 16 years working as a Certified Medical Assistant for an urgent care and ENT clinic, Brandy became a surrogacy Case Manager in 2022. Brandy recently earned a bachelor’s degree in Sociology and was proud to prove to herself and her children that one is never too old to achieve their goals and build their character through perseverance. As a 3-time surrogate herself, Brandy enjoys observing the bonds created in each unique and special journey, and the moment an individual or a couple becomes a parent. Brandy currently lives in Fort Worth, Texas (and notes that she is a Texas Native, not a Cowboys fan), but had the wonderful opportunity to live and work in Colorado Springs, Colorado for 14 years. She is a proud mom to three boys: her eldest son served in the Army Reserves for seven years and is married; her middle son is currently serving in the Air Force; and middle school has the usual daily ups and downs for her youngest son. Brandy is married to a wonderful, retired PE Elementary Coach/Teacher who recently started his second career. Brandy is also proud to have an awesome daughter-in-law and two “grand-cats”. Brandy and her family like to reconnect and hang out by spending long weekends at different cabins in the cooler months and enjoying the outdoors in their free time depending on the weather. Brandy is also a self-professed “true crime” mega-fan. “Surrogacy for me was a healing and life-changing journey that will be with me forever. It was the most unselfish gift to give to a stranger, and in my opinion reflects a version of themselves to love.”

Alissandria is a two-time surrogate through ISC and now part of ISC’s team as a Surrogate Intake Coordinator. Alissandria is responsible for sharing all that ISC has to offer with potential surrogates, explaining what it entails to become a surrogate, and generally educating, preparing, and guiding surrogates through the intake and screening process until they are ready for matching. Alissandria loves getting to know every individual surrogate and is excited to help them begin their journey with a foundation of preparedness. Alissandria lives in Temecula, California with her husband and two adorable sons who are in elementary school. They love baseball games, spending time outdoors, and going camping or to the beach. Alissandria loved motherhood so much that she wanted to help others who struggled to have children of their own. This passion resulted in her two surrogacy journeys. In 2021, she gave birth to a healthy baby boy for a wonderful couple she met through ISC, and in 2023-2024, Alissandria did a sibling journey to give the same family a baby girl. Alissandria is so grateful to have had the opportunity to help them grow their family and be a part of their miraculous story. “Surrogacy has become such a big part of my life in the best way! There is truly something magical about being able to witness a parent hold their baby for the first time and knowing that you helped make that possible. Surrogacy is what also led me to this position with this wonderful company! I love being able to share my story and the best part is, I get to continue helping make family dreams come true!”
