New York Surrogacy Center

New York Surrogacy Center is a surrogacy matching program licensed by the New York State Department of Health (License No. GS211000) that matches surrogates and intended parents and guides them through their surrogacy journey.

NYSC is located in Albany, New York and works primarily with surrogates and intended parents in New York and the surrounding states. Our focus is on local matches where the surrogate and intended parents can have a close relationship throughout the journey. We pride ourselves on competent and compassionate individual attention to our surrogates and intended parents from first contact with us through delivery and beyond.

New York Surrogacy Center thoroughly screens our surrogates and educates them about the surrogacy process and we engage in an individual matching process between surrogates and intended parents.

NYSC is owned by attorneys and run by attorneys Casey DiPaola and Joe Williams, who have worked for many years in the surrogacy/assisted reproduction field and who were instrumental in the passage of the Child Parent Security Act which legalized compensated surrogacy in NY as of 2021. Casey is the President and Joe is the Treasurer of New York Attorneys for Adoption & Family Formation and both are Fellows of the Academy of Adoption & Assisted Reproduction Attorneys. Casey is also a member of the American Society of Reproductive Medicine (ASRM) and NYSC is a member of the Society for Ethics for Egg Donation and Surrogacy (SEEDS).

Casey and Joe oversee every aspect of the surrogacy journey, which allows them to provide personalized, attentive services to all participants in the surrogacy journey.
