May 29, 2024 at 11:30 pmI have an escrow account with them that the Patter agency made me open.
The “journey” ended but SeedTrust asked me to leave 20,000usd until September for the balance of the expenses of this “journey” and now with each new expense, they ask me to replenish the account up to 20,000usd !!!
This is the behavior of a thief and a scammer! Beware!!!!

May 19, 2021 at 2:32 amSeedTrust is great for contract-based payments to a surrogate and health care providers but it unfortunately works on the assumption that agency bills are being submitted in good faith and with due care. This means that an agency’s case manager can set up a client account without an approve/deny button for the client and then self-bill at will, with any item for any amount being rubber-stamp approved within just a couple hours. SeedTrust does NOT approve or deny agency bills on the basis of the client’s agency contract and this is a HUGE security failure for clients whose life savings are basically in the hands of an agency that can dip into the pot at will. The client CAN insist that Seedtrust give them an approve/deny button, which is a lifesaver because you then have 72 hours to personally review your bills, but if your agency hasn’t set this up (and we all know which ones don’t), you have to ask for it personally. I can’t imagine how non-English-speaking clients deal with this issue as SeedTrust’s website is machine-translated into gibberish into several “languages” (in my language, “egg donation” is translated to “suppository donation!!!” I wouldn’t want to spend my life savings on that!)
