At Simple Surrogacy, they allow surrogates to set their own compensation. While compensation is definitely not anyones primary reason for becoming a surrogate, it should be well compensated for the time and effort throughout the process. Simple Surrogacy is there to provide general guidelines to help surrogates decide on a fee.

Average base compensation for surrogates working with Simple Surrogacy is $20,000. The average compensation for a second time or more surrogate is $25,000. Surrogates may determine that their fee should be higher or lower, depending on the situation.

In addition to base compensation, surrogates will also receive allowances as set forth in the contract, including but not limited to; maternity clothing allowance, mock cycle fee, IUI fee, multiple fee, invasive procedure fee, bed rest fee, and a monthly allowance to cover prenatal vitamins, travel expenses, and any other monthly expenses that arise.

As the Program Director, Stephanie manages the day to day operations at Simple Surrogacy and Simple Donations. Her duties include new client consultations, profile review and editing, educating her clients about the process, creating a realistic budget for her clients and ensuring her team is properly supportive all parties throughout their journey.
