Alice Liang founded Second Chance Surrogacy after working with international fertility patients at a Beverly Hills IVF clinic. For more than 10 years, she has helped intended parents navigate IVF preparation, donor coordination, surrogate matching, pregnancy support, and post-birth planning. ​ Alice understands that family building is both deeply personal and logistically complex. Her approach combines hands-on coordination, cultural sensitivity, and genuine care. She provides direct English and Chinese support and works with families from the United States and abroad.​
