About

Amy brings more than 15 years of experience in women’s health, fertility care, and surrogacy to her role as Admissions Lead at US Surrogacy LLC. Before joining the agency in 2021, she spent over a decade working in OB/GYN and fertility clinics, gaining hands-on experience in nearly every aspect of reproductive medicine. From coordinating fertility treatments and assisting with IVF procedures to working closely with embryology teams and supporting patients through their journeys, Amy developed a deep understanding of both the medical and emotional sides of family building. While she loved caring for patients in a clinical setting, she was ready for a new challenge and found the perfect fit with US Surrogacy LLC. Her extensive clinical background, combined with her natural ability to connect with people, allows her to educate, support, and advocate for prospective surrogates with confidence and compassion. Amy believes that understanding the details of the process helps create trust and empowers individuals to make informed decisions throughout their journeys. What motivates Amy most is the opportunity to help families grow while ensuring surrogates feel supported every step of the way. She thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys setting goals, solving problems, and helping others navigate both exciting milestones and challenging moments. Amy understands that surrogacy journeys can be emotional and complex, and she approaches every interaction with empathy, patience, and a genuine desire to help. She believes that intended parents and surrogates all share the same goal: creating a positive, successful journey built on communication, trust, and mutual respect. Amy is continually inspired by the incredible women who choose to become surrogates and considers their selflessness one of the most remarkable acts of generosity imaginable. Outside of work, Amy lives in Oklahoma with her husband, Charlie, and their son, Chase. Together, they own and operate a batting cage facility and baseball organization, keeping them busy with sports and community involvement year-round. In her free time, Amy enjoys golfing, swimming, spending time outdoors, volunteering at her son’s school, caring for her plants and flowers, creating jewelry art, and playing with her two Goldendoodles. Whether she is supporting a prospective surrogate, attending industry events, or spending time with her family, Amy brings energy, warmth, and dedication to everything she does.
