Cailin has 6 years of experience in the healthcare tech space, where she began her career as a Member Advocate at Collective Health, helping members navigate their health plans. She then worked at Uber Health helping health systems and patients access reliable transportation. Her husband is donor conceived and Cofertility's mission is close to her heart. She works to provide Cofertility's members with a seamless product experience on their egg freezing and family building journeys and optimize internal operations. She graduated from the University of Virginia with a degree in Public Health.
