Our President & Medical Director Cathy Ruberto, is a pioneer in the field of surrogacy, having worked with surrogates since the early 90’s when surrogacy became available in fertility clinics personally interviews each surrogate numerous times. She spends over 12 hours just in the interview phase alone speaking with each surrogate to ensure they meet the strict medical, psychological and social criteria set out by the ASRM, FDA and Canadian regulations as required. All surrogates’ complete extensive profiles and provide photos which are presented to our intended parents at the time of matching.
