Her professional background includes commercial banking, strategic financial planning, nonprofit leadership, and small business ownership. Christal is known for her practical, people-centered approach and her ability to bring clarity, organization, and strategic insight to growing organizations. When she is not working, Christal enjoys spending time with her family. She has been married to her husband, David, for almost 30 years, and together they have two grown daughters and two grandchildren who proudly call her “Gigi.” Family, faith, volunteering, and giving back to the community remain at the heart of who she is.
