Donna has been with Fertility Source Companies since 2006 and first started working with Intended Parents and Donors who were navigating the matching process. Her love of order and process helped her to excel and she quickly became the Director fo Case Management. Donna’s commitment to help grow families and her managerial talents were recognized when she was promoted to Chief Operating Officer, running business operations from 2011 to 2017. When former CEO Steve Masler retired at the end of 2017, the natural choice for his replacement was Donna. In 2020, she became a majority shareholder of FSC and the staff continues to put their full trust in Donna’s capabilities, which can be seen in the thousands of satisfied intended parents, egg donors, and surrogates. Donna says, “I have enjoyed being part of every aspect of Fertility Source Companies. I knew when I began working for FSC that I had found a calling that aligned with my ideas of family and purpose. I’ll always be thankful to Steve Masler and the other shareholders that entrusted me with this company.
