As a former Intended Parent, having had his daughter via surrogacy and IVF, Gregg and his wife Emily are proud to represent and help others through the journey of assisted reproduction from a perspective of having been through it themselves. Throughout their surrogacy, not only did Gregg and Emily attend nearly every appointment but they developed a wonderful relationship with their surrogate and her husband and kids. They were always "team Melissa". And as your attorney and firm, Gregg will be a part of your team whether you are the Intended Parent(s), Surrogate, or Donor. He will give you all of the 1-1 time you need knowing the anxieties, worries and excitement that goes into the whole process. Greggory M. Field, Esq, was admitted to the State Bar of California in 2003. Gregg began his career doing workers compensation law representing injured workers. He became a partner of the firm he was with, and in 2016 after having his daughter via IVF and surrogacy, expanded his area of law to assisted reproduction technology (ART) law. Gregg and his wife Emily started Field Fertility in February 2016.
