I am Jessica, founder and owner, and I am honored to guide you on this incredible journey. My passion for family building is deeply rooted in my life. I am a wife, mother of three exceptional children, and have had the profound privilege of being a surrogate three times. Those journeys showed me the immeasurable joy, deep trust, and complex coordination involved. That personal experience is matched by a deep professional understanding of this world. I have spent five years in the surrogacy industry, learning the complexities of matching, coordinating, and supporting families. My experience also extends directly into the clinical environment, where I have worked as a surgical technologist and baby technician in labor and delivery, and as a birth doula. I created Opal Surrogacy not just as a business, but as a calling. My goal was to build the agency I always wanted to see—one that combines professional, hands-on expertise with the genuine compassion and empathy that only personal experience can bring.
