Mbali is an internationally renowned model and a former beauty queen. She is regularly featured in international publications such as International Business Times, BBC lifestyle, California Times, Press Reader. Mbali is also a philanthropist. In 2019 upon a personal tragedy of losing her father who grew up an orphan but emerged to be a top educationist, she co-founded the SB Mkhize Foundation – an organization dedicated to changing the lives of the most vulnerable children without parents. Parts of Donate-Or-Surrogate proceeds go towards this foundation organization looking after orphans.
