Michele brings a rich background in finance and a deep personal connection to Cofertility’s mission. Prior to joining, Michele spent nine years at The Walt Disney Company. She then helped scale a consumer product brand, leading growth and profitability. Michele holds an MBA from the University of Southern California. She is also a proud mother of two and has experienced her own fertility journey. That experience has shaped her perspective on parenthood and purpose, fueling her passion for helping others build the families of their dreams.
