Shaylan works at ICRM as well as in conjunction with Building Blocks Agency. She performs the physical exams for the gestational carriers as well as coordinate the embryo transfers for ICRM's families. This career is very personal for Shaylan. In fact, due to past medical issues, Shaylan's own son was born by gestational carrier through the amazing team at Idaho Center Reproductive Medicine. She absolutely loves what she does and really enjoys meeting new surrogates that she can assist in this journey in helping families grow!
