Ursila is a 3x experienced surrogate and passionate advocate for the surrogacy community, having joined the Kindred team in May 2018. Her firsthand journeys have shaped her deep commitment to supporting surrogates and intended parents with compassion, expertise, and genuine care, often building lifelong friendships along the way. As Director of Case Management, Ursila oversees all surrogacy journeys from match through post birth. She leads the case management team, sets high standards for journey execution, and ensures exceptional client care, operational consistency, and thoughtful risk management. Serving as the primary escalation point for complex situations, she works cross functionally to guarantee seamless handoffs, clear communication, and a truly high touch experience. With her extensive knowledge, Ursila guides teams and clients through every stage, including medical screening, contracts, transfer, pregnancy, postpartum, and beyond, making each journey as seamless, supported, and filled with love as possible.
