I truly don’t think I could ever say enough good things about A Fuller Life Surrogacy, but especially Heather. 🤍 I signed my matching agreement with my intended parents in April 2025, and I officially finished my journey at the end of July 2026. When I look back at everything, the appointments, the flights, the questions, the late night messages, the emotional moments, and everything in between, I am SO thankful I had Heather in my corner. From the very beginning, Heather made me feel like I actually mattered. I had interviewed with other agencies before choosing A Fuller Life Surrogacy, and honestly, some made me feel like I was just another number on a board. Heather was completely different. She was hands on, involved, and genuinely cared about ME, not just the journey. As a first time gestational carrier, I had so many questions, and she explained everything thoroughly, always making me feel supported and never making me feel like my questions were silly. I was matched with my intended parents about a month later for an international journey, completed my embryo transfer in September 2025, and delivered in June 2026. Throughout the entire process, Heather was always just a phone call or text away. She consistently checked in on me, advocated for me as a GC, addressed every concern quickly, and truly had my best interests at heart. Even when our journey had a few bumps along the way, she handled everything with professionalism, compassion, and positivity, making the experience as smooth and enjoyable as possible. What meant the most to me was how much she genuinely cared. She checked on me when I was sick, celebrated milestones, and made me feel valued every step of the way. Although we’ve never met in person, I truly consider Heather a friend. If I choose to complete another surrogacy journey, I wouldn’t hesitate to work with A Fuller Life Surrogacy again. It’s been almost 2 weeks since the delivery of my belly buddy, so I’d like to share my experience with A Fuller Life Surrogacy. First, I started off interviewing 2 different agencies, but felt like just a number, essentially. I happened to be scrolling in a surrogacy group and found a comment from Heather that seemed genuine, and saw she ran A Fuller Life. I filled out a form on the website and got to speak with her- genuine she was! From the first connection, I knew this was the agency I actually wanted to start my journey with. To know she was a prior surrogate, and pregnant as one at the time, really set the tone for me and I knew I would be understood. There was no lack of communication. Anytime or day I had a question, Heather was there. Whenever the RE, lawyers or monitoring clinics were unresponsive or taking their time, Heather stepped in immediately and right there calling them multiple times a day if she had to. After our first transfer ended up in a chemical, I felt nothing but support. As I’ve had textbook pregnancies in the past, this was new for me. I couldn’t help but wonder if it was something I “did wrong.” Heather was there to listen, lift me up, and ensure me it wasn’t anything I did. She also shared her personal experiences which made me realize it’s more common than I thought. Heather was incredibly encouraging going into the second transfer 2 months later, and baby took! Throughout the pregnancy, she consistently checked in and always asked if I needed anything. Leading up to delivery, and even now postpartum, she was encouraging and continues to check in. We were with a DIFFERENT company who promised a match within 8 months. 12+ months went by and still no match. We then found Heather’s company who promised a match within 3 months and after 30 days — matched! A Fuller Life Surrogacy is also backed by SEEDS, which regulates the ethics of surrogacy. Heather made sure to show us matches that fit our criteria and values. Heather is always available and continues to help us walk through the process at every step (matching, medical screening, transfer, hospital coordination, legal, etc.). We are currently ~27 weeks into the pregnancy (with an amazing surrogate) and Heather has been there beside us at every step. We really have nothing negative to say.
