My experience with this agency was from 2024-2025. I ended up getting matched with a great couple, had a successful first transfer, but, ultimately, baby girl didn't make it to full term. Although it wasn't the outcome we wanted, American Surrogacy was consistently supportive and involved. Wonderful agency, made the process of becoming a surrogate such a breeze. Katie guided me through everything, and was available for any questions I had. Wonderful staff, through the whole process. Katie is the most wonderful person. The company is great, they care about what they are doing for people and they do a great job. Everything is well thought out and planned ... well taken care of and they make sure the people they are serving are well taken care of as well. But Katie........ she does so much! This was my first time being a surrogate and I looked into American Surrogacy, Hatch and a few other agencies. I ended up choosing American Surrogacy and I'm so glad I did. Katie, with the company, was amazing every step of the way. She was always available to help me with anything that came up or that I had questions with. They matched me with a wonderful family! My overall expierence was better than I could have ever imagined.

I've been wanting to be a surrogate for the longest time I remeber. One time in school my science teacher shared with the class an article about a mother who carried a baby for her daughter who was unable to conceive on her own, and that planted a seed in my heart. When I started doing my research I noticed that surrogacy can be a big business for many agencies and its all about the money. American Surrogacy stood up to me like a agency with good ethical practices. The first person I spoke with was Katie. She was super helpful, professional and very supportive. I also had the opportunity to work with Angie while Katie was on leave. Angie was well informed about where I was in the process, she was also caring and very professional. With American Surrogacy I never felt pressured to make any decision. I always felt I was making this choice on my own but with an extended family that helped me through the process. During the entire process, I followed a couple of FaceBook groups, one dedicated to agencies reviews. One time I read a great review on American Surrogacy and I took it as a sign. By following different groups on Facebook I got to see/read the good and the bad side of Surrogacy. Each time I read about a negative situation someone else was going through because their agency did not take good care of them I was so happy to be working with American Surrogacy. I feel like the luckiest surrogate in the entire world, not only I got the opportunity to work with an agency that put integrity and high standard first, I also was matched with the most wonderful couple. I definitely recommend American Surrogacy. They made the difference in my process of finding the right agency. While supportive to both my family and the surrogate mother, they went the extra mile during my journey as well as after my son was born. I had no clue where to start when becoming a surrogate. I researched and ended up going with American Surrogacy and Angie walked me through the whole process. She helped match me with a wonderful family and it was a beautiful celebration when the baby was born. I had a wonderful experience and would highly recommend American Surrogacy!
I can not recommend American surrogacy enough! 🥰 I just finished my first journey with them at the end of June and they were absolutely amazing. They were extremely caring and compassionate. Katie, my coordinator would check in on me periodically and make sure I was doing well before, during, and after the journey. They were very quick for paying any bills that needed done and made sure I was never out of pocket for costs. American surrogacy was also very prompt in answering any emails and questions I had throughout the whole process. If I do another journey, I would most definitely go back to them…
As a first time surrogate, I did not know what to expect with the whole process. Katie and Angie walked me through every step of the journey and they both were so kind and compassionate. I recently completed my surrogacy experience Aug 2020. Who would’ve guessed it would’ve been done through a pandemic! I am so happy with my choice to go with American Surrogacy, my first attempt with another agency kind of had my hopes crushed and almost made me quit . The representative I was working with was amazing, they communicated throughout the whole process, answered every question and made sure my needs were met and I was always comfortable with any decisions being made. It became tough dealing with the pandemic while going though what comes with pregnancy, the support I received from my agent and the family I matched with was out of this world, it was more than my expectations I had set when I had applied. I am forever grateful and humbled, I had the chance to go through this incredible experience and be able to provide a family with a gift that is unmatched with anything else in this world ( love of a child) . Absolutely HORRIBLE! My sister cannot have children and I volunteered to be her surrogate. Wade shamed her for being infertile and told her she should just get her eggs removed completely! His attitude was atrocious. She is still in tears hours after the phone call. He should not be working anywhere near a surrogacy center. Not sure if he is married but if he is I hope his wife is plagued with infertility issues so he can become compassionate for women going through infertility issues. I will be calling until he is reprimanded.…
Choosing an agency for a surrogacy can be very scary! American Surrogacy was the best decision I have ever made, which ultimately resulted in our four month old baby girl! The process with American Surrogacy was very organized, professional, and personal! Angie is the BEST! She makes you feel like their only client every time you talk with her. Finding rabbit trail after rabbit trail with no definitive, honest and unbiased information is when I knew I’d need guidance and support. So that is when I started really looking into agencies as I knew I would need guidance in the journey. I reached out to several agencies some didn’t respond, some were pushy and wanted me to sign documents saying I wouldn’t go anywhere else once they gave me information but this was not the case with American Surrogacy. I submitted a brief questionnaire to give American Surrogacy some background to talk with me about by the next morning I was in contact with a specialist her name was Angie. I cannot say enough good about Angie she was attentive, informative and not pushy. She answered all my questions and allowed me to contact her back when I was ready. When I got done talking to Angie I knew that I wanted to work this agency exclusively and was ready to sign anything to prove that which leads me to the thought of I don’t only have to be a surrogaufor my sister I can do this for another family also. This is when I made the call back to Angie and my first journey got started which lead to a successful journey. American Surrogacy is the only agency that took the time to call and speak to me one on one after filling out my application as a surrogate. Angie is amazing to work with and I truly feel this agency cares for their intended parents and surrogates.

My case worker stays in touch, she’s always been quick with anything I need. I love my IP’s, the agency takes the matching process seriously and does a wonderful job. Plus I’ve made friends with this agency with their support group which really has helped me!
About to start my second journey with American Surrogacy and cannot recommend them enough! My case worker is phenomenal. She’s always eager to answer and questions that I have had, and they make everything so easy. They literally took care of everything with my first journey last year and I cannot wait to do this again with them!
I am a current surrogate with American Surrogacy! 30 weeks this week and I’ve absolutely LOVED my journey with them! Communication has been amazing. Anytime I need something big or small, they answer quickly and help. Matching was done quickly (but not so quickly that it gave any red flags lol). My IPs have also spoke highly of them and their experience.
I'm a first time surrogate who is working with American Surrogacy. I'm still in the process of everything myself so I can only give you a review of the process for me so far. I started looking into Surrogacy around end of 2025 and I did a few initial questionnaires for a few agencies online but my first pregnancy I had my child technically before 37 weeks, so most of the systems just online were telling me I wouldn't qualify. I had my oldest at 36w6d so literally just missed the full term threshold. So I first reached out to American Surrogacy to inquire more about my situation and they were so understanding when I told them and that there wasn't any complications at all during the pregnancy or labor and baby was completely healthy. My 2nd (last) pregnancy went up until my due date. I actually induced on my due date for personal reasons. Also was an uncomplicated pregnancy/labor. Maddie is my casework and she is great and always checks in if it's been a little while. I have been the one taking it slow because I have a planned cruise I didn't want to rearrange in early December 2026 so they have been very patient with me! I am a constant questioning person myself to and also can be an overthinker but she has always answered my questions and puts my mind at ease! I have all my screening and the mental evaulation done but haven't gotten to the legal topics just yet. I am a single mom myself and I do have great support with family but one of my requests was to try and stick close to home so I don't need to travel via plane and be gone for a few days at a time as my support is great but they all work themselves. But again I am not that far in the procedd so *fingers crossed* that I can get lucky and find a match when it comes time that is closer to me. I am along a border so that helps some to be able to branch out to at least 1 other state vs my own state. I am willing to branch out if it comes down to it but I wanted to start with more of the within driving distances so I can be home as it's just my comfort. I do like to travel but haven't ever been away from my kids long distance either. Again Maddie was so understanding of all this. So all in all a good experience so far!…
I am surrogate with American Surrogacy and have had a great experience so far. From the moment I filled out an application up until now (25w6d into pregnancy) they have been very quick to respond. No complaints and they make it so easy!
I personally didn’t enjoy the intake and process American Surrogacy. The psychological is also 300-400 repeated questions and all communication was via email. I decided to move forward with Blossom California Surrogacy and Egg donation. Better communication, by phone /text. I was guided step to step and what to expect etc. I delivered with them in 2025. Hey I’m a GC with American! Currently 9 weeks pregnant with my surro babe. I’ve been happy with the support and communication with my case worker, if she doesn’t hear from me she always checks in. You can set your own comp, I believe for a first time with American it’s 55-65k but not 100% on that. You also get med start comp, clothes allowance and cleaning throughout your pregnancy. I’m sure I’m forgetting stuff lol
I was a first time surrogate last year with American Surrogacy. They were absolutely amazing to work with! Once I was official I was matched within a few weeks. American Surrogacy honestly made everything so easy for me to understand, and I always felt like they had my back. If I decided to do this again, I will 100% go with them.

I’m currently 10 weeks pregnant as a GC and my agency is American Surrogacy. I absolutely love them. The entire process has gone so smoothly. Communication with my case manager and anyone at the agency is top notch. They’ve been there for all the big things, and even when I have seemingly silly questions, they answer without hesitation. I’m on my 2nd journey with American Surrogacy as my agency, and I could have not been happier with everything I received from them. They support and empower their surrogates in multiple ways. I never felt like a number on a case load. My specialist made sure my voice was heard and that I was protected throughout the journey. I also had the same specialist throughout my entire journey instead of being bounced around when I entered a new phase of the journey. I completed my screening process within 3-4 months, and I matched with my amazing family within 2 months after that. When I was ready for my second journey, my specialist made sure I had certain things updated from my initial screening and I was able to set my compensation at an amount I was comfortable with. I’m a GC with American Surrogacy and I’ve had a great experience! They are very organized and communicate well. They have never pressured me into something I wasn’t comfortable with and made sure I took the time to think about things like matching, flight plans. I’m in the legal phase right now. 😊
I’m with American Surrogacy and I love it!!! My case manager is the best, the entire agency has been outstanding. I finished legal about a week or so ago and later this week I get my med calendar and transfer date.
