From start to finish, the level of care, professionalism, and transparency we experienced was beyond what we expected. The owner, Chrissie, is truly the heart of the agency. What stood out to us most is the genuine relationship she has with her surrogates. She is deeply involved and supportive throughout the entire journey - not just administratively, but personally. We saw firsthand how much she cares. She has gone to medical appointments with the surrogates when they wanted support, helped with injections, and even accompanied the deliveries. It’s clear that the surrogates are never left to navigate the process alone. For intended parents who value knowing their surrogate will be supported, respected, and well cared for, this agency is truly exceptional. Another thing we appreciated was complete transparency around finances. I'm a GC with Blossom and I absolutely love them! Everyone is so good at communicating and making you feel like you're more than just a number. The matching process was quick and easy, whereas I know some agencies will take forever to try and match people. We've got a group chat and any time I have a question I just pop it in the chat and get an answer usually within hours
