Becoming a surrogate was one of the most rewarding experiences of my life, and working with Fairfax Surrogacy made it even more special. My adventure started at the end of July 2024. My only child had recently turned 3, and I was having major baby fever. Deep in my heart, I knew I didn't want more kids, so I began looking into surrogacy. To be honest, I kind of went in blind. I thought the agency had to be local, so I googled "local surrogacy agencies near me" and applied to two agencies. That were located out of state . Fairfax stood out with its detailed information about surrogacy, which made me feel more comfortable and also offered a better compensation package. I appreciated the estimated timeline for matching and how they never made me feel silly whenever I had questions throughout the process. Once matched in December, I was assigned to Ronda as my case manager, who gave off major mama bear vibes. She also facilited communication between the intented parents and myself, which made things easier on everyone. Throughout my journey, I was always checked on, and it was comforting to know I wasn't alone. I couldn't have asked for a better case manager, especially when I found out I needed an emergency induction two weeks before my scheduled induction. Ronda stayed on the phone with me, offering words of comfort and encouragement until I calmed down. I'll be forever grateful for her support. Which in the end, made the surrogacy experience I had hoped for. As someone who went into surrogacy blind, I feel extremely lucky to have chosen Fairfax. Their entire team was amazing from start to finish. My biggest advice for anyone going into surrogacy, especially as a first time surrogate, don’t be afraid to ask questions. I got to Fairfax after a very difficult journey with another agency, and it was a completely one huge compensation!! Ronda, my case manager, was absolutely excellent, everything was so organized and helpful - And for a single mother not a USA citizen - it was such a blessing! Ronda helped me with everything from everything! If you want to be relax, not confusing with so many facts on the way and happy 😉 - I am so recommending on Fairfax! AND my surrogate was absolutely amazing!!!! We are still in touch and she will always have a special place in my heart ❤️…

A+ experience with knowledgeable staff (many of them retired GCs) to guide us along the way. We were matched (ahead of schedule) with our first interview. Turns out, they are the most perfect GC and family for my husband and me. Our son is 2 months old today and we still text regularly and have plans to see each other next month with our son! After talking with 3 other lackluster agencies and chatting about agencies with our GC, my impression is that Fairfax attracts quality candidates on both sides, and they are very thorough and thoughtful through the matching process. Looking back, our GC was accurately described by Fairfax without any startling surprises uncovered later. Our personal journey led us through 1 failed transfer, but a very healthy & successful delivery after the 2nd FET. Perla was a fantastic resource for us--she listened to me during a complex hiccup and even updated/improved a policy based on our conversation. I learned more about Perla's past agency experience from our legal council. She's very talented and is very welcoming to the process. While we had a change in case managers during our journey, each person was eager, understanding, and had great communication. The in-person support we received during labor was a big plus too. From an IP's viewpoint, I appreciated the support and encouragement our GC received from the Fairfax community! Our case managers quickly gave us answers to questions when we needed support. I felt that Fairfax responsibly handled our journey, IP/GC relationship, finances, and relationships with our fertility clinic/OB. The referrals for therapy and legal council were fine and punctual. Our (post birth order) birth certificate is in the mail right now. Overall, a great experience and I highly recommend Fairfax. Thank you for helping us make our family dreams come true!…

Recently completed my first surrogacy journey with Fairfax Surrogacy, they did an amazing job matching me with the perfect IPs, truly couldn’t have asked for a better match! The Fairfax family truly went above and beyond to make me feel appreciated during the entire process. Each person I interacted with at Fairfax was kind, informative and willing to help in anyway they could, everyone was willing to share their experience and story. Fairfax did an excellent job giving information and being available when needed. I am still currently working with Fairfax while providing breastmilk to IPs for baby boy! My experience at Fairfax Surrogacy was wonderful. I was a first time surrogate in 2023 and completed my journey recently. I felt very comfortable and supported with this wonderful group that became more like a family than just an agency I was working with. My case manager was amazing always answering every question I had with full transparency. I highly recommend Fairfax Surrogacy!
In 2022, I decided I wanted to become a gestational surrogate but I was not sure where to begin. I probably clicked on every link that Google could come up with and read every agency page until I came to Fairfax Surrogacy. I submitted a form for more information and after the first Q&A call I felt very confident that I had found the best fit for me. In 2023, I officially matched with my IPs and got a postive test. The support I recieved every step of the way was incredible and I was very thankful. I had answers to every question with full transparency. My case manager Ronda is amazing! I truly appreciated every text, email, and call checking in on me and keeping me informed. I was even supported well into my fourth trimester! I cannot say enough wonderful things about Fairfax Surrogacy. If you are unsure of where to go for those first questions and really want to work with a professional, supportive, inclusive group (that feels more like family than just an agency) then this is the perfect agency to work with.
