    I will file a complaint against family solution because they do not explain how to make the application online and apart from the fact that they do not explain how to do it, they do not have the option of making the application written in paper documents. Because not all of us know how to do that online application that they tell us to do, it is very unfair that this happens in this company

    If I could give this company zero star I would. My friend spoke to Mary Fusillo and she was super disrespectful and rude to my friend. Mary is not the kind of person you should have talking to customers at all. We have proof of the conversations as well so no one is lying. Stay far away from this company, it’s not worth it.
