Heart to Hands is a full-service surrogacy agency supporting intended parents and gestational surrogates from the first conversation through birth and beyond. We work with intended parents anywhere in the world, and with surrogates living in US states where surrogacy is legally permitted. Every match is staffed with two dedicated case managers, one for the intended parents and one for the surrogate, so both sides always have someone who is theirs. Our team brings years of experience to screening, matching, insurance, and legal and medical coordination, along with the daily care that holds a match together. We ask one question of every decision: is it safe for the people involved? Our CEO, Adrienne Black, serves on the board of SEEDS, the Society for Ethics in Egg Donation and Surrogacy. What matters most to us is the relationship. Many of our families and surrogates stay close long after the birth.

    As a GC I took researching agencies extremely seriously and looked into many different agencies from large and small. As the months went on my list of 10 fell to just 2. Heart to Hands and ED&SS, both were meeting everything I was wanting but the thing that drew me to Heart to Hands was the case manager I spoke with Amber, I had so many questions and unknowns.
