I started my journey with ISC in 2021 after I had completed my first journey with another company in SoCal. I had a few concerns about the company I worked with my first journey and a friend highly recommended ISC, so after doing some research and joining their surrogate support group meeting I made the switch for my next journey. I’ve mostly worked with Samantha as I have had her for my case manager the last 3 of my journeys with ISC and I couldn't say anything but wonderful things about her. I know all of my IP's agree with me on that. The process has always been quick for me (currently pregnant in my third journey with them). I have been matched within a few weeks (because Francesca does an amazing job with this!). Communication is spot on, I have never had to wait even a day for a response from anybody that works there. All the women that work there have been prior surrogates and they are just as passionate about surrogacy as I am. I have always been paid on time I have never had a problem getting a medical bill paid, even the ones that have trickled in several months after delivery. I love the surrogate support group meetings and the love and support you get from everybody working there I cannot say enough good things. And for my IP’s especially those overseas they were walked through the entire process of getting their little angel back home safely they never felt like they were left in the dark about any of the process after birth, ISC helped them with every step along the way. We truly can’t say enough good things about our experience with ISC. I don't think I can say enough good things about ISC! I knew very little about surrogacy when I landed on ISC. I had a ton of questions & their team never left any unanswered. I started my journey in December 2024 & delivered in April 2026. From the start, my matching coordinator & then case manager *Heather* (& really every single person I came in contact with) kept me well informed, & moved the process along so smoothly for me & my IPs. I applied to ISC in July of 2024 and had surro baby in April of 2026! As a first time surrogate, I would say I had an amazing experience with ISC. Where do I even begin?! I finished my first surrogacy journey in February and couldn’t have asked for a better experience. From the very beginning to the very end(and even now), all of the ISC team members were absolutely amazing. So kind, helpful, supportive, professional, and educated. I never felt alone during my journey. My case manager Brandy was always there for me and was just the best. I personally loved their support group meetings that they hold twice a month. It really is a big community of women that lean on one another and lift each-other up. . I'm a second time surrogate on my second journey with ISC. They have never failed me or my intended parents! Their communication is unmatched and they are ON IT with organization. ISC has the best staff they are caring sweet and supportive through every step of my journey. ISC has been truly amazing as a first time surrogate I had the best experience anyone could ever ask for ! First going no through the legal process and medical clearance I was always being checked on and let know what to wait for and what coming next , going into when I matched with my IPS ISC did everything so me and my IPS could feel comfortable and let us meet first in the office and connect so we can make sure we wanted to continue with the match. Going into the embryo transfer my case manager Heather was absolutely the best she made sure to check in and see how I was doing before and after.It was the same thing during my delivery she message me throughout the day to make sure everything was going smooth even if we had a two hour time difference. I did a ton of research and searched through many agencies before finding ISC. I initially picked them because I loved how understanding they were of women and not only the differences in pregnancies but normal struggles during pregnancies too. I felt like a lot of other agencies were always looking for that “perfect” person and ISC was the only place that understood that perfection isn’t a real thing and that’s ok. From the very beginning of my journey they were there every second. I felt incredibly supported even when I was just doing initial interviews and I knew then that these were the people I wanted to take this step with. The incredible staff were there with me through everything and had the answers in a snap. They’re so well informed! My journey was so smooth - such an absolute joy. We have just arrived home with our baby boy and have nothing but praise for ISC. The experience overall was very informational and you can feel the support from both staff and other surrogates. It is great to join the monthly meetings because someone else could be experiencing the same thing as you are or someone else might have went through the same thing and they have pointers. The staff is so helpful from begining to the end. They let you know if you are matched right away, the next steps, what to expect when traveling, when you have the transfer (do's/don't), appointments for blood work and ultrasounds, questions that might be needed to ask to help with appointments, and just being there if you have any questions/concerns. This was my first time being a surrogate and the pregnancy didn't go like my other pregnancies, but Samantha was there whenever I had a question or even through the couple times had to go to the hospital for an emergency. My water broke at 30 weeks and she, along with the intended parents, checked on the progress and my well-being while I was away from my family for two weeks. As a first-time surrogate, I was not sure what to look for when it came with agencies. After completing my first surrogacy journey recently, all I can say is that if you are considering to begin a journey, whether it is a first-time or secondary journey, you keep ISC as a priority. I recently delivered my surro baby girl in May, and I am grateful and thankful for the support team I received from day 1 to the post-partum end. As a first time Surrogate I had no idea what this process would be like, but all the staff at ISC take such great care of you. I liked how they would reach out and make sure everything is going well. I always felt heard, comforted, and supported when I needed it. They were amazing and we just brought to the world a beautiful little girl for our IPs in November.
I highly recommend International Surrogacy Center. I am currently in the process of my third journey. My first journey I did with another company, and although I had a wonderful journey there were a few little things that I didn’t like. ISC was recommended to me by a friend I had met during my first journey. After doing some research and joining a surrogate support group meeting, I decided to do my next journey with them. I started my journey with ISC in August of 2021 and from the very beginning the whole staff has been so AWESOME! Fast forward to a year and a half later and we welcomed a beautiful healthy baby boy. A little about me and my journey with ISC and my IP's. ISC made the whole process so easy and stress free for me. They communicated with me via email or over the phone constantly so I was always up to date with each step of the process. They were never pushy, rude, or demanding of anything. Everyone at ISC played such an important role throughout my journey. Once I was connected with my case worker Samantha she was there for me every step of the way until I delivered my surro baby and even afterwards too. Always checked in with me to make sure I was doing okay and I couldn't thank her enough for that. ISC also offered monthly meetings via zoom and in person. Those meetings really helped me being a first time surrogate. Other surrogates going through the same process I was going through made this journey that much better. I knew I wasn't alone and if I had any questions all those amazing surrogates were there to offer advice and support. The whole process from meeting potential IP's and being matched with the perfect couple for us was such an awesome experience. We matched with the most perfect family and I couldn't be more thankful to have been on this journey with them. Never thought I would create the bond I did with my IP's but ISC made that all possible when they showed us their profile and learned about their story and their struggles with infertility and loss. My husband and I knew from our first Zoom meeting that they were the ones we wanted to help complete their family. Fast forward to April of 2023, we welcomed a beautiful healthy baby boy into this world. As a surrogate it has been such a blessing and privilege to help complete a family and give them their miracle baby. With a lot of love and a little science ISC, the fertility center and our IP's made this all possible. If you're ever interested in becoming a surrogate, then ISC is the place to go! Exceptional agency. The team is very professional, well organized and serious. And, at the same time, are very humain and considerate. They accompanied us through our surrogacy journey from A to Z, after many years of failures and suffering. We are now home with our baby girl. Having a family in 2020, who would have thought that it was possible. We are now filled with happiness after this incredible journey in California. It wasn't all easy, especially with the COVID 19 pandemic, but the support we received was perfect. We had chosen SDFC and ISC to help us on this journey. I have nothing but great things to say about International Surrogacy Center! I delivered twins on April 8, 2020 just a couple weeks after the COVID-19 shut down started. Even though my case worker, Lindsay couldn’t be there in person because of the restrictions, she was available 24/7 via phone, email or text. From beginning to end they were supportive and always available to answer any questions I had or take care of anything that I needed help with. One of my favorite things about the agency is the monthly support group meetings. It is really nice to be able to connect with other surrogates in the area and I was able to learn so much by attending those fun get togethers. Even though it wasn’t ideal being pregnant or delivering during a pandemic everything went smoothly and ended with healthy, beautiful twins and very happy IPs. They really matched me with the perfect IPs. The babies mother and I have been able to spend so much time together with the babies since she wasn’t able to fly home right away and I will be forever thankful to International Surrogacy Center for introducing us. I am so happy I choose to come to the ISC for my surrogate journey. Everyone that works here is so friendly and so helpful. My current work health insurance is covered through my plan but everything else that isn't has been covered by the intended parents. I have not wasted a penny out of my pocket but I have received a payment already at only 6 weeks pregnant. All my bills have been been paid and even one has been so helpful. From Valerie who deals with intake and applications to your caseworker who walks you through the entire process. They let you know what to expect and what you need to do as a surrogate.
