    New agency trying to work out the process. They missed a vital step of their unique fee structure. Be sure to in advance ask them to spell out all the surrogate fees. They add a bunch of atypical bonuses that in essence greatly increase the surrogate base fee. They say this is in lieu of the typical monthly stipend - but it's almost double what that would be at other agencies. Nice lady that has…
