Samantha was very responsive and always available until our OB let us know that she did not recommend us proceeding with the surrogate due to medical issues that would make it hard for successful implantation.     The level of communication between you and the agency is amazing. To me it is a more personal interaction and process rather than commercialized. You certainly don't feel like "just another client". Samantha is in top of things, checking in to make sure this are going well, and vice versa, if you feel you need to check in with something she is always there, with an answer or out to get one. I'm currently Embarking on my 2nd GC journey and couldn't be happier with the agency I chose.
