I was a gestational surrogate with NSYC. They are a relatively new agency, and I was with them from the start. I couldn't have asked for a better experience. Joe was my primary contact and he was always quick to respond whether it was email, text, or a call. He handled some delicate situations very well. I was paid on time (according to the contract). My surrogacy journey with New York Surrogacy Center has been nothing short of magical. Krystal went above and beyond any expectations I had going into this. No matter what little hiccups popped up, she was ready to tackle them within minutes. I expected guidance, sure — but she swooped in like the captain of the ship in a Disney film. While remaining completely professional, she sprinkled her magic energy into each task like it was a fun side quest. I think back to all the labs at TMH that had my head spinning — she managed to settle the storm so well that we could laugh about it afterward. 😆🥴 “We have you down for a spinal tap.” “…hey Krystal…… 😳🫣” From the very beginning, the experience was beautiful. During my first interview with Joe and Chris, I was nervous but excited — and within minutes, we were laughing, getting a little teary-eyed, and ending our Google call with butterflies for what the future might hold. When plans unexpectedly shifted on my end, I never felt alone. A flower arrangement arrived with a note full of encouragement, support, and understanding. In that moment, I knew I had chosen the right agency. During the downtime between the interview and matching, the entire team worked their magic, allowing me to follow my dream of becoming a surrogate — even if that meant going into it solo (and scared). Then June 2025 arrived, and my nerves disappeared the moment I met A and J. Their personalities shined through the screen, and it genuinely felt like three friends coming together to make a plan for the future — the future of a little flower who had been waiting for her moment to bloom. The sun finally peeked out from behind the storms we had all been waiting to pass, and we could take a deep breath knowing the rainbow was on its way. Krystal and her team did a phenomenal job guiding me through a path carved out a little differently than planned. Having this agency behind us — and being there alongside A and J through every stepping-stone moment as their dreams unfolded — was beyond what words can describe. And then came the moment. The first cry. Both parents peeking over the sheet with eyes welling up — excitement, disbelief, emotion, and pure love pouring out all at once. I couldn’t hold it in. Not a chance. The countdown had officially hit the mark. I felt relief knowing the baby was okay, but witnessing two incredibly deserving people experience that magic felt straight out of a movie. It was heartwarming, overwhelming, and something I will cherish forever. There are truly no words big enough to capture how beautiful it was to stand that close to faith, determination, perseverance, and purpose — all unraveling in one breathtaking moment. Little lady came into this world so incredibly loved by all… and long-awaited by many. Hearing their sweet conversation — “She has your…” “Look at her eyelashes…” “Oh, look at her hair…” And the tearful, “I love you… she’s really here.” It completely overwhelmed me with emotion. I can’t really speak to your two most important criteria, but if you have the time, I’d definitely recommend reaching out to them. They matched my IPs with me in about 4–5 months. They also use SeedTrust for escrow, so your funds are protected and there’s essentially no risk of the agency handling or disappearing with your money. Another thing I really like is that both owners are fertility attorneys. They no longer practice law, but having that background gives me a lot of confidence that they truly understand the legal side of surrogacy.…
New York Surrogacy Center☺️ CROSSPOSTED I don’t believe I ever posted a formal review at the end of my journey but this agency definitely deserves a 5 star review! I spoke with a few agencies and a few experienced surrogate acquaintances before deciding to move forward with NYSC. From the initial phone call with Joe, I knew I was done searching! Very sweet and personal, answered a million questions I had and very clearly outlined the entire process and timeline for me. During pre-screening they were extremely patient and quick to respond to any emails and questions at any time/day in the process. My first match didn’t work out because they had a more strict clinic so NYSC worked hard to get me approved at a clinic first so we could confidently go into a match meeting! I ended up with a local match and the mom and I continue to be extremely close and have almost daily communication still (baby is 6 months old)! All appointment, travel accommodations, paper work, reimbursements were all done for me and ahead of time so I worried about absolutely nothing! I was nervous about Uber/taxi travel in NYC so they hired a service to pick me up at the airport doors! For legal I was given recommendations from them but was 100% free to choose my own attorney. They also give you freedom with compensation and negotiation of any fees if you want. Health and life insurance were all set up before anything medical occurred! With our clinic (NEFI) we chose to do a natural cycle which meant last minute appointments constantly! Everything was scheduled for me with my own life kept in mind by them. TONS of ultrasounds and bloodwork in the two weeks leading up to transfer and nothing was schedule conflict for me or my family! My coordinator was also available 24/7 via phone call if I was missing anything or needed an order sent over. Her phone never rang more than three times without personally being picked up by her! First transfer was successful and for the entire journey a payment was never late or missed. We used SeedTrust and NYSC had everything set up for me, I could see the escrow balance at any time. I was always checked up on and sent small gifts throughout which we so sweet! My final payment was sent within 48 hours after delivery and I’ve still had regular check ins at almost 6 months postpartum. We are slowly working on the process of a second journey and I could not imagine working with another agency! Open to any questions and HIGHLY recommend NYSC! ☺️ Timeline from my successful match was: April 2022- First phone call but was nursing my own 6 month old, who ended up nursing till 3 😅 August 2024- Matched December 2024- Medically cleared February 2025- Legally cleared April 2025- Successful embryo transfer!
