NewGen Families was founded by Damien Chambers after he became a parent through surrogacy. After many years facilitating journeys, the team created a modern agency focused on improving the experience for surrogates and future parents; all team members have 5-12 years building families via surrogacy.

    I wanted to give a review on my experience with New Gen Families as my agency. I started the process of becoming a surrogate in December of 2022. I had a consultation with Donnye in which we just got to know each other, and she broke down the process and let me know what I could expect in the coming months.
