Working with Mildred at Omega has been sheer joy! My experience with this company has been nothing but positive. They have quality surrogates in plentiful supply. Mildred was always available by either phone, video, email or text. They always answered my questions quickly and treated me like a queen. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Hope I saw this board sooner. Completely agree with the previous reviewer. No ethics, no support, hard to deal with. Their purpose is not to help you reach your goal but to rip off your money. (I will add more details) Update: this matter has been resolved

If you don't care about your money and your baby, you should work with this agency. It's a company has no ethics.

Omega has worked tirelessly on this case. We have offered steep discounts, extra hours, and as much support as possible. Unfortunately, some journeys are unsuccessful for no fault of the parent, surrogate, IVF center, or agency. It is upsetting whenever this happens, always. However, Omega stands by the service provided in this case and has continued to try to help.
