We opted for the success guaranteed package because we needed total financial predictability after spending a fortune on failed fertility treatments. Please please please Don’t join this agency. They will not care about you once you’re in the contract. They will only cover certain expenses regardless of what the contract says. And to their convenience will follow what it says. They never covered my maternity leave when I didn’t qualify for paid family leave bc my employer didn’t approve it due to me working a little less than a year with them. They also didn’t cover person’s support person lost wages when I gave birth. When I notified they completely ignored this. They also ignored some of the benefits that I was supposed To get and they never cared. I had to cover expenses for myself out of my own pocket. And I was a second time surrogate so I knew what was expected already. They also kept saying that the family disputed and there was nothing they can do. Per my contract I was supposed to have health insurance without complications but I ended up having PPD and they were supposed To let me have instance until 6 months due to “complications” I just received some bills from the facility I was attending during my surrogacy and they are not answering me and refusing to give me a response or solution. Now I owe at least over 2k for bill that pertained to surrogacy. So please listen to this review and go elsewhere.…

If I could give 0 stars I would. Please bear with me as I provide a detailed review that I believe offers valuable insights. I have concerns regarding the authenticity of some reviews on this platform, as I recognize certain reviewers who are not actual surrogates of this agency. Mandi Cardenas offers gift cards in exchange for positive reviews from both surrogates and non-surrogates. Some surrogates received a nominal compensation of $5 while some didn’t receive any promised payment. According to her own admission, Andy expressed displeasure with her practice. The agency failed to fulfill promises made to surrogates, including spa dates and luncheons. Only a few luncheons were held, and the spa dates were nonexistent. When surrogates expressed interest in spa days, Mandi cited concerns about pregnant women receiving massages as a reason for canceling the plans. It seems reasonable to expect that alternative relaxation activities could have been arranged, demonstrating a more genuine commitment to surrogate care. This experience, along with the agency's discussions - reportedly initiated by Andy and others in the agency- about the value of investing in events for surrogates, raises concerns that their priorities may not align with the needs and expectations of surrogates Regarding my personal experience with Mandi and the agency, I was initially presented with numerous promises and assurances of exceptional care and support. However, during my surrogacy journey, I encountered significant issues with prenatal care and insurance coverage. Despite my repeated requests for assistance, I experienced delays and inadequate support. Notably, there was an instance where insurance coverage could have been secured sooner, but the agency cited the intended parents' different time zone as a reason for delay. When I pressed for resolution, I was unexpectedly held accountable for the delay and told that I was not taking necessary steps to secure insurance in a timely manner. This contradicts the initial promises made by Mandi. I am surprised by the overwhelmingly positive reviews regarding Mandi, given my personal experience with her communication style throughout the surrogacy process. Unfortunately, her manner of speaking to me was often hurtful and left me feeling disrespected and unsupported, particularly during a vulnerable time in my pregnancy. Despite my efforts to maintain a constructive relationship and minimize conflict, I was met with a lack of emotional support and empathy. Her demeanor shifted significantly once the process commenced, and I was left to navigate the challenges of surrogacy without the care and understanding that I had been led to expect. My experience as I have flowed through my journey has been amazing. I’ve experienced a rollercoaster of emotions but I have never felt more vulnerable and powerful at the same time. I just completed my medical clearance and I’m making the move into making someone else’s dreams come true. Nothing feels better than this. Sometime in 2026, I’ll be bringing a baby (or babies) into the world....not for myself, but for a family who’s been waiting with open arms and open hearts. Becoming a surrogate is a very sensitive private moment, yet joyous journey to enter in. Chooaing the correct agency is the foundation for a surrogacy path. There is an abundant amount of surrogacy agencies that will do and say anything to gain your contract and this is also a very important decision for a surrogate to make. I am currently 22 weeks pregnant with twins in my surrogate journey working with OneWorld Generations. Coming into this agency from the very beginning I was welcome by so many of the team. The application process was smooth and quick, receiving my med records and matching! From the time I applied to the time I was matched was about 2 weeks! After matching, any time I needed or still need help or had questions I was able to reach out to my recruiting manager or other members of the OneWorld team and they were always quick to assist me. I even received a pre-transfer box with goodies to help keep my meds together and socks, and a shirt for my transfer day!! Through my whole journey so far, OneWorld has continued to be by my side, checking on me, helping with any appts I need to make sure I have, staying in the loop, and over all being there as a great support team! I wish I would have started surrogacy sooner to be able to do multiple journeys through this amazing agency. We are using OneWorld now. We are also using Physicians Surrogacy (two different kids). We are MUCH happier with OneWorld.

They didn’t hold our hands through anything. As IPs go we felt like we were a number in their factory and that’s it. I would never recommend them to my friends or family.
