El deseo de ser PADRE, siempre estuvo ahí .... muy presente; es así que durante el año 2017, la idea de avanzar con algún proceso de donación de óvulos y subrogación de vientre fue madurando con más fuerza y sobre todo inspirados en procesos llevados a cabo por algunas personas famosas, cuya experiencia era mostrada en los medios de comunicación. Así las cosas, principio de 2018 comencé, siempre apoyado por mi Pareja / Cónyuge Julio (En la actualidad, con casi 35 años de convivencia) a investigar de manera más exhaustiva el tema y ya para mediados de ese año 2018, habíamos tomado la decisión que el lugar más adecuado para realizar este proceso de Donación de óvulos y subrogación de vientre, era Estados Unidos y particularmente en el Estado de Florida. Es así que, en base a datos que obtuve de una Persona de Argentina que había llevado adelante el proceso en USA, y a la cual agradezco de corazón; me permitió contactarme con OPEN ARMS. A partir de allí, organicé todo para que en Agosto de 2018, pudiéramos viajar a Estados Unidos. El viaje fue muy productivo: el resultado final fue la decisión de avanzar con el proceso a través de OPEN ARMS y de la Clínica de Fertilidad Fertility Center of Miami (Dr. Akerman). Oficialmente, el proceso había comenzado; fueron muchos los tropiezos que debimos enfrentar: Candidatas a Donantes de óvulos que por diferentes cuestiones quedaban descalificadas, Pandemia a partir del año 2020 con todos sus derivados, problemas políticos / económicos de Argentina que lo complicaba todo; es así que para Agosto del año 2021, luego de la donación de óvulos y fertilización, logramos un solo embrión (Femenino) en condiciones de ser transferido. Seguimos adelante y el 04 de Abril del año 2023, se produjo la transferencia del embrión en el útero de una mujer maravillosa que es quién llevó adelante la gestación. El día 13 de este mes, recibimos la noticia más milagrosa de nuestras vidas (Gracias a Dios y a Jesús Misericordioso) el EMBARAZO ERA POSITIVO! Transitamos así la gestación, hasta que el día 14 de Diciembre de este año 2023, ocurrió el MILAGRO: nació nuestra Princesita REGINA! A partir de ese momento cada día nuestro es un NUEVO MILAGRO junto a Ella! Hoy tiene 2 años y 1 mes, y es nuestro faro! Si bien el trayecto fue muy difícil, lleno de obstáculos, pero son los tiempos de DIOS, todo debía ocurrir así, debía pasar ese tiempo, debían quedar Candidatas a donantes descalificadas hasta que llegara la Persona indicada y que llevaremos por siempre en nuestro corazón y nuestras vidas, debía pasar un tiempo razonable para encontrar una persona maravillosa que estuviera dispuesta a llevar adelante el embarazo; todo esto debía ser así, para que al final, ocurriera este milagro: nuestra Princesita REGINA con nosotros! Agradecemos profundamente la tarea y el acompañamiento, durante todo el proceso de parte de OPEN ARMS, pero especialmente a YANET, fue la persona que puso todo, lo mejor de sí, para acompañarme / acompañarnos de la mejor manera posible, hizo mucho más que cumplir con sus obligaciones laborales, valoramos la predisposición permanente, las comunicaciones, la solución a los diferentes desafíos. What to say about this company. There are very few business owners that genuinely care about their clients needs and whether or not they are successful throughout a complex process such as this. This is one of them. From the moment you meet Souad, there is a sincere warmth and authenticity. She immediately puts you at ease, and it’s as if you have known her for twenty years. She is very thorough in her approach and made sure to give realistic expectations. Many other agencies just tell you what they think you want to hear. Objectively, I understand that the wait for a surrogate can take awhile, and it is frustrating. However, throughout the process, Souad and her team were there every step of the way, and in end, it was worth the wait. I believe she took pride in developing trust and building confidence with us. I felt that she was honest, and accurately conveyed what to expect, even if it wasn’t what we necessarily wanted to hear. Nous avons choisi OPEN ARMS en 2019 en se basant sur les nombreux commentaires positifs sur les sites spécialisés. Notre coordinateur initial, Maxime, etait excellent et tres professionnel. En cours d'aventure, il est parti et a été remplacé par Lilia Romari, qui a toujours su etre a l'écoute et nous apporter les informations dont nous avions besoin. C'est avec elle que nous avons vécu la phase critique du match avec notre formidable surrogate (avec laquelle nous sommes toujours en contact 10 mois apres la naissance de notre petit Kylian) et la grossesse. Una experiencia unica con un servicio muy bueno. Han ayudado a completar a una familia, siempre con buena predisposicion y en miras de ayudar. Incluso durante la pandemia que fueron momentos muy dificiles donde todo se retrasaba y complicaba.
Solo cumplen con la condición de estafa, mi familia acudió a ellos y solo perdieron USD$ 12.000. No hacen su trabajo y eso es muy caro para quien los contrata. OJO!

I am currently an egg donor for Open Arms. I have done three donations with them so far and am currently in the process of the fourth donation. I honestly cannot say enough good things about them. They have always been so caring and sweet to me. They have gone above and beyond to make sure that I am happy and comfortable during the whole process. I have been an egg donor with Open Arms for a few years now and with each cycle my experience has been great! I felt comfortable taking my concerns to them and they have done well with matching me and making me feel at ease throughout each cycle.
Working with Open Arms as a two time surrogate mom has been so wonderful and one of the most rewarding things I have done. Being able to complete someone's family is life's greatest gift. I would highly recommend Open Arms to anyone wanting to become a surrogate. They are very helpful if you have questions or needing reassurance about the journey you are taking.

I am a surrogate and didn't know what to expect from this experience. Open Arms has guided me through each step with compassion, knowledge, and experience. I've worked with multiple coordinators and each one exceeded my expectations for support and guidance. I know my intended parents are also satisfied with Open Arms. Where the staff at Open Arms truly shine are the moments of difficulty. The staff at Open Arms checked in on myself and the intended parents on a regular basis after a bump in the road. They also establish an extremely helpful private Facebook group just for surrogates. I feel very blessed to have found Open Arms for this experience. My husband and I had an absolutely amazing experience with Open Arms. Someone was always available to answer our questions. They found the perfect surrogate mother for us. We now have a beautiful baby girl. Our surrogate family is now a part of "our forever family" thanks to open arms. I’ve been with this agency for a year now, and I can’t say how compassionate and smooth everyone and everything has been in the process ☺️ When I first filled out my application to be a surrogate I had Tiffany assigned to me. I had to go through a TON of paper work, med screening, psych, etc... if something was not moving fast enough she made sure she kept things on tracks for me! Afterwards, I was ready to move onto my cycle coordinator who I have Latoya for! I love being able to message her whenever I have any comments, questions or concerns and get a response in a prompt manner since this is the time I have to travel across states and take certain medications. Both Tiffany and Latoya have been not only a coordinator but a friend to me, and I’m grateful of that through this process of being a surrogate. ♥️…

We’ve just got recently blessed with our new born baby girl and the support Open Arms and a Souad provided was key to get us to have our baby. Of course it is a very emotional process and sometimes you feel you always need more support and care but Open Arms always went to the extra mile to help, we understand parents and surrogates face many steps and sometimes conflict may arise but we saw Souad stepping up to mediate and support all the way going beyond contracts and staying with us along the way. She is caring and sweet but also firm when necessary to make sure both Parents and Surrogate can achieve their objectives, we saw also Toya and Karen as responsible and responsive to our needs and organizing all necessary for us and surrogate. Hello! I just gave birth two weeks ago and I have nothing but positive feelings for OA! From the beginning, starting with my intake coordinator to my cycle coordinator and everything in between it has been nothing short of a great experience! Even during rocky times with travel that were nobody but the weathers fault, they did everything in their power to keep me on track and content. Great communication, amazing people, highly recommend! I’m forever thankful for this organization for bringing me to my “second family” or “IPs” and the sweet miracle baby girl who was born because of Gods power and OA!…
If I could give 0 stars I would. Every step before signing a contract and paying A LOT of money went smoothly. After they got my money and my contract this business has made it perfectly clear that they only care about financial gain. No communication. They have repeatedly forgotten basic details regarding the pregnancy. Not one single phone call since before the transfer and we are due in under 7 weeks, Souad is a rude, bullying woman only interested in financial gain. The IVF clinic I work with agrees and are trying to steer patients away from Open Arms. PLEASE look elsewhere, I am sure there are many smaller, less expensive surrogacy agencies that will care about the individual and not the $$$$.…
I was recently a surrogate with Open Arms and delivered twins in May 2018 for a wonderful family! My entire experience could not have been more positive and fulfilling and I have to thank everyone at Open Arms for guiding me and supporting me in my journey. Before I became a surrogate, I looked into a few different surrogacy companies and wasn’t impressed, and in fact felt like just another number, like they didn’t really care if I did or didn’t use their company. But immediately when I contacted Open Arms I felt important and they really do a wonderful job of supporting all their surrogates. So much so that I want to be a surrogate again! What a great experience I can't even put into words how happy I am with everything!! Everyone at open arms was amazing and always there when needed or had questions about anything everything was answered in a timely manner!! I have just ended my journey and to see the IPs with there new bundle of joys has given me so much joy in my life!! After the end of the process Souad, Julie, Kelly they have checked on me often to see how I am doing and making sure I am healing good, it's made me feel very loved by all of them they make you feel like family! Once delivery happened they didn’t even check in, they never responded until I wrote an email explaining my experience/disappointment in them. Both IPs and I had to reach out to them on multiple occasions because they were not coordinated as they were suppose to. Ex: transfer day was happening and the travel arrangements were still not made. (It was only Parrish- Orlando drive) First delivery didn’t go as expected (retained placenta and they never checked in) They made many excuses as my coordinator was having a difficult time with her own journey, but at that point. Another coordinator should have been assigned…

I used them and myself and the ips had issues. I had issues with my payments being paid out since the manager had to approve everything there was always a delay and I had many meetings with the manager over there at open arms. I also had multiple agents I was working with since people were leaving left and right and the ips had three people helping them. So it was chaos. I went independent after and never looked back.
I did a journey with Open Arms Surrogacy and it was amazing. can’t recommend enough. great communication, really good compensation, matching was pretty quick as well, and any concerns that I had they were pretty good at explaining everything and listening super smooth.

I am currently a surrogate, and my journey to Open Arms is a bit different. I completed my first surrogacy journey with a larger agency, and while that experience was positive, I ran into unexpected barriers when I wanted to do a second journey. After the loss of my brother in 2019 while serving in the U.S. Army, I struggled with my mental health and had used antidepressants. Even though I had been off them for four years and had already completed a successful surrogacy, my previous agency said I could not continue. I live in Florida and use Open Arms Surrogacy. I know the location of the agency does not matter, but I wanted everything to be local to me. I'm currently in my first journey. The agency, the fertility clinic, my IPs, the hospital I'll be delivering at, my MFM doctor, and my OB are all within an hour drive from me.
