My experience as a surrogate with Pinnacle Surrogacy was truly one I’ll always remember. While my pregnancy wasn’t easy and came with complication after complication, ultimately leading to an early delivery by C-section, I never felt alone throughout the journey. I’m in the process of getting my drivers license but I’ve never ran across an agency’s that disqualify due to not having drivers license in hand that’s crazy to me plus nobody even reach out to me witch I feel is unprofessional I just hope my personal information doesn’t get leaked. I was in the process of becoming a surrogate and I started this process in October 2022. In May 2023 I traveled down to Santa Monica from Marin County to complete the transfer. The clinic (Santa Monica Fertility, Pinnacle Surrogacy and Pinnacle Fertility) put me up in a motel near the clinic the night before the transfer. It was dark, dingy and noisy. I let my coordinator know that it was not the type of place I’d like to stay for multiple nights on bed rest and I got a different hotel for the next night. 20 minutes before my transfer appointment I received a call from the clinic (Sarah) telling me the transfer is canceled because I didn’t get enough rest. I was so shocked and upset. I went to the clinic anyway and asked to talk to the Dr face to face (John Jain). His only reason he could give me for canceling the transfer was that he said I didn’t get good rest. I told him I was fine and asked if he would take my vitals if he felt I was unfit medically.. he refused. I also asked for something in writing explaining why I was being turned away and he also refused. This was the most egotistical person I’ve ever met. He took such offense to me not liking the accommodations that he canceled it all…. I can’t even imagine how the intended parents felt! I was so heartbroken and distraught. I cried for days. I had been building up to this point for at least 7 months just to be shut down at the transfer. And he expected me to do all the injections and hormones all over again!!! Absolute insanity. Luckily I was able to get out of my surrogacy contract, no one expected me to trust him with my body after that experience. I told Pinnacle that I would agree to use a different clinic and continue the surrogacy but they fully backed John Jain and let me go. Not one person at the clinic or agency advocated for me or cared.…

Currently a surrogate working with Premium and it is my first journey. I can not express enough how truly incredible this agency is. As a first time surrogate it was incredibly overwheleming starting out, and I had spoke to several agencies. But Premium really stood out to me the advisor I spoke with made my decision to move forward with them so easy. You can tell their advisors really truly care and the majority have been surrogates themselves so its a very personal and understanding experience. Wendy is my advisor and to say she was a God sent is an understatment. Every step of the way each person involved in my journey has been so great. California Premium Surrogacy has been a breath of fresh air. I have worked with them for the past year and have no complaints. The coordinator that I have worked with the entire time has always been understanding, informative, honest, and quick to get things done on my behalf. They have taken the pressure off of me and done everything in their power to make this an enjoyable experience as a first-time Gestational Carrier. I will be using them for any future journeys.
This agency only cares about profits. All claims of wanting to grow families are false. I had cancer and could not carry my own pregnancy and they refused to work with me because they were going to miss out on the ivf dollars. Would NOT recommend.
I have worked with California Premium Surrogacy for the past year. I have just completed my Surrogacy Journey about a week ago. This journey was absolutely flawless. From the beginning, I knew I needed to find an agency that had my best interest in mind. California Premium Surrogacy was that company and clearly the only choice if you are looking to take this journey yourself. The difference with this agency is that Dr. Jain has two separate sides to his practice, the fertility side, and the surrogacy side. This means that when you are choosing a couple, he is both your doctor AND theirs. He knows all of his patients and is involved in the matching process. His staff is absolutely hands down the best team you will ever meet. They work together very well and they all know you by name. Every one of them is very quick to respond to phone calls and emails and answered all of my questions thoroughly. Dr. Jain is very knowledgeable and very kind and sweet. He keeps things real and has your health in mind at all times. They have a really great psychologist named Peggy who is a pro at all things fertility and how that can affect you emotionally she calls periodically to check on you and I will miss her phone calls. The person I talked with the most is Amber. She is in charge of the surrogates, and if you intend to apply you will get to know her. She has become a friend. She doesn't make this process feel "Businessy". She has been a surrogate herself and had great advice and tips for me while I was on this journey. She was never more than a phone call away. Being a surrogate changed my life and it is something I will never forget. It was so rewarding and it is all because of California Premium Surrogacy. I wish I could do it again and again. Hi! My first journey was with ORM. Everyone seems to have horror stories but my journey and time with them went very smooth. My meds were always ready, my questions always answered and my transfer went smooth and easy.
Worked with them 2 times for two different journeys and loved them. Dr, Hesla is awesome and their coordinators are top notch on response. Both my IPs loved them too.
My experience with ORM in 2020 was really good! I didn't realize how good until I worked with a different clinic on another journey. I liked ORM's med schedule (it was on a calendar and easy to read vs just a list). I was treated like a person, not an incubator - they spoke to me directly and were quick to answer any questions I had. With the other fertility Clinic I had, they wouldn't allow me to know my levels or any blood work info, they only have that info to the IP. My only complaint was that I was told absolutely no getting up to empty my bladder after transfer for 30 full minutes, even a little. I only had the option of a bedpan. (From start to finish, injections, pregnancy, labor and birth, the part where I have to hold my pee for transfer is the only part I dread! 😅). So I would absolutely recommend them from my experience 6 years ago.…
I will stand by pinnacle. I have heard great things about them and even tho I’m not currently a gc with them the clinic they currently joined with Portland oregon is amazing!! ORM was my clinic for the two journeys I have completed and the staff is amazing! Dr hesla is a one of a kind Dr and is always there to answer questions if needed.
