Reproductive Options is one of the best agencies I’ve ever worked with. I’ve completed three surrogate journeys, and my last journey was with them. Needless to say, it was by far the best experience. Everything was smooth from start to finish, and they stood by me every step of the way. I never had to worry because they were always organized, supportive, and on top of every detail. We wanted to send a heartfelt thanks to the Reproductive Options Surrogates team and especially our case manager, Rashelle Vicars, for such a helpful and guided journey. We found RO after working with two other agencies (which were most unhelpful), several failed transfers and two prior surrogates We were four years in and feeling rather defeated. Things changed when we met the reproductive options team. Were we no longer running the show and asking for updates. That was all handled proactively by our wonderful coordinator, Rashelle. The team consistently laid out the big picture mixed with the detailed next steps. We were ushered through the journey down to the hour of delivery. It was also comforting that all expenses, medical bills etc were handled after our son was at home. No digging for bills - everything was laid out. This was my first journey through Reproductive Options, but my second surrogacy journey in total. I have had two successful surrogacies, but working with Reproductive Options was by far the best experience I had. You are not just another number and more money in the bank for Reproductive Options, you are like family. From the multitude of gifts and milestone celebrations, to the best communication hands down, at RO you are well taken care of. The compassion, consideration, and empathy they extend is beyond measure. There was not a day that went by that I had a question unanswered. Communication is top notch and extremely responsive- not just with the employees working there but with the owner herself as well. When I say that you are not just another number, I mean it! The first agency that I went through immediately asked me after birth if I was thinking about doing another surrogacy. They just wanted more money and didn’t care about how I was feeling or how my journey went. It’s been two weeks since the birth from my second journey and not once has RO asked me when or if I’ll be doing another journey. You know what they have done though? Checked in daily the first week, post delivery, to see how I was feeling and if I needed anything, along with their weekly, end of the week, updates. I continue to receive check-ins about my health and mental/physical well being. I’ve received post birth flowers, which were breathtaking, as well as a post delivery gift box full of wonderful postpartum goodies. No stone was left unturned my entire journey. I never had to take care of documentation or anything when it came to working with RO. This may seem like something I shouldn’t be grateful for, but my first journey was the complete opposite- where the IM and I found ourselves contacting people on our own or fixing mistakes ourselves. Basically we had an independent journey with an agency fee. I felt so pampered and loved with RO. They also take their matching process very serious to make sure that both the surrogate and the IPs have the best possible journey they can. I can not recommend them enough!!…

Full disclosure, I now work with Reproductive Options as their Surrogate Outreach & Engagement Coordinator, but I was actually a surrogate with them before I ever joined the team. 😊 I’ve completed two journeys with two different agencies, and my experience with Reproductive Options is actually what made me want to come back for my third journey. With my first agency, I often felt like the journey was more transactional. With Reproductive Options, I felt like they genuinely cared about me as a person, not just as a surrogate carrying a baby. My case manager checked in with me weekly, communication was consistent, and when I was struggling with severe nausea during my pregnancy, she advocated for me when I needed help from the clinic instead of leaving me to figure it out on my own. Those little things made such a huge difference. I always felt like I had someone in my corner. I also really love that surrogates have a voice in their own base compensation and can customize their benefits package based on what matters to them and their family. I had such a positive experience with them that I chose Reproductive Options again for my third journey, and eventually joined their team because I genuinely believe in the way they treat their surrogates. ❤️ They would absolutely be one I’d recommend interviewing!…
