I just completed my first journey as a surrogate and partnered with Simple Steps Fertility. It was the most amazing experience and Simple Steps Fertility was fantastic to work with. Surrogacy journeys are long, and there’s a LOT of pieces that have to be put into place to get to the two main events - embryo transfer and delivering a baby. Partnering with an agency is really helpful because they are the experts. Having a team of people who know what they’re doing as they walk with you along the way, people who are both knowledgable, kind, and 100% supportive, is incredibly important. That is what Simple Steps Fertility did for me. The owner and founder Tina is incredibly kind and personal, she made herself available to me for whatever I needed, she led our surrogate support group calls, and was even at my delivery! My case managers were both fantastic. They had a wealth of knowledge but always applied it at a level that met me where I was at in my journey, as well as what I needed personally. They made me feel supported each step of the journey, answered any question I ever had, and just became a friend I could trust. And the support continued both during the pregnancy as well as after I delivered, as multiple people on the team made sure I was recovering well and continued to have everything I need. I matched with the most amazing Intended Parents; it was like the team at Simple Steps Fertility knew that we needed to be in each other’s lives and bridged that connection. The IVF clinic team was also superb. The doctor and her nurse communicated clearly, provided all medication instructions I needed in a clear fashion, and even handled a small complication with level heads, kindness, and professionalism. Finally, my lawyer during the legal clearance stage was the most kind and personal lawyer I could have hoped for. She did her job impeccably well, while making sure I never felt lost during the confusing legal stage. We worked with Simple Steps for our family planning. They were easy to work with, they worked on our needs. They offered us a personal touch to our fertility needs. We didn’t feel like we were just a client, they connected well. Would recommend.
Stay away from this company. We wasted 2 years of our lives and you could not find a perfect solution for us. This was waste of time and money for us. I regret we dealt with Tina Sarkisyan and hoped she could treat us as needed. All you did is charged us over $30,000 for nothing. She didn't even warn us that these charges will not be refundable at all. They do not care at all. All they want is your money.
