This agency is the worst experience of my life : they are unprofesionnal, very slow ...They really do not help you because it is a low cost agency ! Jan is always friendly but she is ALONE ! Beware of losing money because you will have to pay full fees very early in the process. They do not screen the surrogates !!! They do not even meet their surrogates !!! our experience was a real nightmare. Please RUN AWAY
