Avoid at all costs! Very disappointed. I started my journey at the end of 2018. Was matched with a surrogate that changed her mind on terms we agreed on during the process of signing the agreement. Instead of apologizing, I was told that I was the one who could not agree to the to the terms in the contract. Agency had the questionnaire I filled in and knew exactly what I was looking for. Before matching, the coordinator should make sure that surrogate will agree and understand what we, as IP'S are looking for. They did a bad job, took the retainer which is non refundable and blamed me for it. During the screening process I lost additional $8k attorneys fees, surrogate travel expenses and payment for the clinic, just for checking the surrogate. Unfortunately during the covid I divorced and during the process could not have access to the embryos. All the process was on freeze. I received the Court decision and was able to continue with the process and hoping I would be able to rematch with a surrogate, excited I contacted the agency. The $23k agency was paid in full. I would like to mention that I had more than 20 miscarriages and cannot not carry a pregnancy till term. I fought for my embryos and paid astronomic amounts of money to attorneys to save them, as my ex-husband wanted to destroy them. I explained all those to the agency received cold message from the owner: Your retainer with us expired after 2 years. It was dated 9/17/18 and expired on 9/16/20 If you want to do another surrogacy journey, you need to sign a new retainer. Attached is the retainer. If you want to start the process, please sign the retainer, do an update profile by clicking on the link below and pay the initial payment of $15,000. Vicki Steps to Begin: Complete Intended Parents Profile (Registration and Application); Read and sign the Comprehensive Retainer (attached); and Make the first payment of $15,000.00. Now they want me to pay another $30k agency fee. For them it's only industry and money, no feelings or humanity, no compassion or empathy. They do not care about you or your situation. I believe in this kind of industry you should be more compassionate to the IP situation. The agency fee was paid, they did not refund it or helped me in finding the surrogate. It was stolen. It's hard to know how to properly write this review. Of course, the five stars speak for themselves, but there is so much history behind it all that the only way to really explain it is to tell it, so... read on. We first met with Vicki, Jen, and her team in 2015. Our surrogacy journey started in 2016 with joy and hope. We worked with a fertility clinic at that time who will remain nameless, and everything started off well with a surrogate who lived just a couple of hours away. It took the better part of a year to get everything lined up, as these things do, but we finally got to the day of embryo transfer and we were confirmed pregnant soon afterwards! But just a few weeks later there was a miscarriage, and our surrogate decided that she didn't want to try again. It was devastating, since we needed to truly start over. And through all of that turmoil, Worldwide was there, helping us find a new surrogate and supporting us along the way. Fast forward another year or so and we were ready to try again. Our new surrogate was a truly wonderful woman, although she lived pretty far away, and we had a new batch of embryos. The transfer went well, and we were pregnant, this time with twins! But, by 12 weeks, the worst had happened, and the twins were gone. Once again, a devastating outcome, and more pain after a couple of years of trying. Our surrogate valiantly tried for us - again, and again, and again, but nothing would take. Finally, we had to stop. We felt lost, exhausted, and completely demoralized and depressed. And through all of this heartbreak, Worldwide was there, putting together a meeting with the full medical team, referring us to a new fertility clinic, and helping us reset. Just as we were starting to pick up the pieces to try again, COVID happened. Everything stopped, went off course, and went quiet. We focused on staying healthy and staying alive, all the while feeling the emptiness of the failed attempts at starting a family, and biding our time. And even during all of this, Worldwide was there, keeping us up to date on new COVID protocols, and staying in touch until the day we could start again. Finally, we had the opportunity to start again in 2023. We had our new fertility clinic ready to go, a new egg donor, new embryos, and a phenomenal surrogate who lives just minutes from home! We went for the transfer appointment, and very soon we had a confirmed pregnancy. This time we didn't celebrate, we were cautious and anxious, on pins an needles. We went to nearly every appointment, every ultrasound, every midwife meeting, and we stayed involved as each milestone was reached. And throughout it all, Worldwide was there, keeping things running from the sidelines and behind the scenes. Finally, our son was born on August 10, 2025. He is a healthy, beautiful little boy, and a true miracle. We had been on this journey for TEN YEARS. We changed fertility clinics, egg donors, and surrogates, but Worldwide was the constant throughout all of it, and ultimately guided us to our destination with care and kindness, moral support and advice. This truly would not have been possible without them. Every star has been earned, and earned fully. It's hard to express the proper gratitude, but if you read through our story above, you probably have an idea of what we feel now. Ten years on we're older, grayer, and wiser - no longer young aspiring parents. But we *made it*, and that's the only thing that matters. Worldwide Surrogacy Specialists were a pleasure to work with and helped us achieve our dream of growing our family and having a baby. The team was excellent in helping us a navigate what can be an extremely challenging, stressful and emotional journey. The staff are great at communicating both with us (expecting parents) and our surrogate, were upfront about options and pricing and kept things uplifting at different pregnancy milestones with encouragement. We also utilized their legal services and they were in regular communication with the fertility clinic we worked with, which made us feel a sense of reassurance and ease (sort of felt like a one-stop shop type of situation for us which we loved!). Being a surrogate was such a surreal, phenomenal experience. The staff at Worldwide made it even better! I had Julie throughout my entire journey, and she made sure that I was always taken care of. Even now, four months postpartum, she still checks in and asks about my well-being. Unfortunately, I do not qualify to be a surrogate again. If I did, I would have loved to do a second journey with Worldwide!
I’ve just completed my journey as a first-time surrogate, and I can’t imagine going through this with any other agency besides Worldwide. My impression started differently when I initially applied with another agency—more of a business mindset—whereas Worldwide felt like a tight-knit, family-friendly team from the start. 99% of the staff have carried babies as surrogates themselves, which brings insider knowledge and a real sense of understanding to every step. From the very start, I felt cared for. The intake application, the matching process, and the ongoing support from my journey coordinator all happened with warmth and respect. I felt Worldwide struck a wonderful balance: they were professional and knowledgeable about the industry, yet they made me feel like I was part of a family. Here’s how my journey unfolded: I applied in April 2024 and was matched with a wonderful couple in June. I completed legal contracts in July 2024 and I went to the clinic for med screening in August 2024. After a small delay to address a polyp found during med screening, our embryo transfer took place in November 2024 (and it stuck on the first try!). In August 2025, I delivered a healthy baby boy for my intended parents. I genuinely believe the outcome wouldn’t have been the same without the unwavering support of the Worldwide team. On the business side, everything ran smoothly. The legal process was efficient and transparent, Escrow through Seed Trust was seamless, and insurance billing worked well. The intended parents typically purchase a service through ArtRisk with Worldwide’s help to ensure bills are paid, and that system worked beautifully for us. I have completed 2 surrogacies with Worldwide and I would like to do 1 more! The staff at WSS is 2nd to none! It feels as though everyone on staff knows who you are and knows your story. They celebrate with you and cry with you when things don't go as planned. I did my 1st surrogacy with a different agency (a bigger, louder one) and I was treated like breeding cattle there. When I came to WSS, my expectations were low but my hopes were high and they truly delivered on the experience that I wanted. They listen to what you are looking for in a match, they check in regularly without being annoying or overbearing and they have created a safe space for surrogates to lean on each other! WSS also does a phenomenal job of bridging gaps between your Intended Parents and you as the surrogate. Sometimes, you just need a little extra help communicating on a subject that is so intense and personal. The staff will be with you every step of the way. I was a GC for World Wide Surrogacy and began the process in November of 2022. Everything moved so quickly and smoothly and I gave birth to my little Belly Buddy in November of 2023. I couldn't believe how fast the process actually was from start to finish. And through it all the ladies at World Wide Surrogacy were there for me literally no matter what the time. Even when they were out of office they were really good about responding to emails with any concerns or what not. And not to mention all of the check ins to see how everyone was doing. Not just with the process but with my family as well. The family that we matched with was actually the first ones that we were presented. We just knew from the start that we really liked them just through their profile and it was then confirmed when we did our video call to meet. It wasn't until a month before their baby arrived that we met in person. But we felt like we knew them the entire time. And then we got to bond another 2 months after little man was born before they headed back to their country. Hands down I would use World Wide Surrogacy again if another journey is in the future for me. My husband and I used Worldwide Surrogacy Specialists to find us a gestational carrier to carry our embryo to term. They found us a great surrogate who gave birth to our healthy and beautiful baby girl Michelle, in April 2023. I just recently finished my first journey with Worldwide and although it was my first journey I always felt so comfortable and taken care of by my coordinator Casey, she was always so thoughtful and helpful with any questions or needs I had and if she couldn’t provide the answer or help directly, she would go out of her way to get the answer or help I needed. I had the most smooth process of getting matched with incredible intended parents, embryo transfer, pregnancy, and of coarse, birth. She even helped to throughly communicate everyone’s wants and needs for us to be on the same page and help us draw up a birth plan. As a gestational surrogate who completed a journey with another well known agency, I can say hands down my experience with Worldwide Surrogacy has been a cut above. Coming from another agency that I really didn’t have problems with, I was partly hesitant to try a new agency. I completed a surrogacy journey 5/2023 as a surrogate and my experience was AMAZING! My coordinators were always responsive and made sure to get things done as quickly as they could. There were times when the issue wasn’t necessarily something the agency needed to manage but they would follow up to make sure I was taken care of. If I decide to carry for another family in the future I 100% would go through worldwide again!
I just finished my journey with WSS as a surrogate. While I had many medical complications to the fault of no one, I always felt as though I was being taken care of! Casey is the BEST coordinator I could ever ask for. Seriously, if you can request her, do it!!! She’s been there for me to vent even just about life in general. She made herself available to talk anytime when I was bored in the hospital, even if it was at midnight. She was knowledgeable and compassionate about the struggles that surrogates go through, which was very comforting! I would highly recommend going through Worldwide for your journey. Let me start off by saying my experience with Worldwide was AMAZING! The staff goes above and beyond for both the intended parents and gestational carrier. I matched with an amazing couple and we were able to get the ball rolling quickly! This was my first time being a carrier and of course I had a lot of questions, they eased any bit of stress that may accompany going through a journey for the first time! Worldwide Surrogacy made our dream come true! We interviewed a couple of very well known surrogacy agencies but when we met Vicki we knew we found the right agency for our journey to parenthood. We have learned that building a family through surrogacy is a long journey with unexpected surprises and disappointments here and there and it really does take a village. As intended parents, sometimes you do worry too much and things may not happen as quickly as you want and Vicki and her team made sure our questions were answered and concerns addressed in a timely manner.
