This agency gives off ick-vibes. The owner Megan is very social media hungry and it’s very weird especially the video of her and the GC showing up at the IPs door to “surprise” them and shove a camera in their face. Very off putting. There’s a whole thread in the surro groups about the weird vibes this agency gives. Unprofessional and filled with drama. She’ll probably try to have this review taken down she doesn’t like it when actual people have actual negative feelings towards her ick agency
My journey as a surrogate with this agency has been an incredibly positive and rewarding experience. Please don't use this company! Ethics are beyond questionable. They have at least one employee who regularly breaks her ndas. She has bragged to her friends about multiple famous clients, even discusses and gossips about people who are not famous for entertainment and petty ego boosts. Quite disgusting and absolutely not the type of behavior I would expect from someone who has access to so much personal information. I have proof. I even emailed them about her and SHE replied to the email with snarky and hateful comments.…
Very negative agency, they breach contracts and don’t follow their own contracts. They put lies and sensitive information out to the public that they are not supposed to. They try to make people be hush hush about their experiences. Megan is VERY unprofessional and does not tell the truth about the families that work with them. What concerned me most was the lack of transparency and respect. I felt that commitments were not honored, and the way they handled issues did not reflect integrity or accountability. On top of that, some of the internal comments I witnessed about clients were unprofessional, the way they operate feels disorganized and unprofessional. Communication isn’t an issue to the public with this company as they give out sensitive information to the public. THEY DO NOT CARE about their clients privacy, unless it’s making them look good! I felt that private details were discussed carelessly, and at times it seemed as though information about clients was shared or talked about in ways that felt completely inappropriate and unprofessional. The overall attitude toward clients was also disappointing. Overall, I cannot recommend this company. I hope they take steps to improve their professionalism, communication, and treatment of clients in the future. AGAIN!!, The lack of transparency, the questionable communication, and the disrespectful handling of concerns made the situation even worse. I could not have been more happy or satisfied with my decision to go with Your Fertility Advocate, especially after researching several agencies in the beginning. A few of the reasons I love them is I always felt heard and seen by my coordinator, Gina, especially when I had some concerns. I love how personable, and on the smaller scale, this agency is. I never wanted to feel like ‘just a body’ and YFA couldn’t be further from that type of agency. I really appreciated the intimate relationship I developed with my IPs and my coordinator, because it made my journey that much more special. The personal touches and check-in’s throughout my journey from YFA made me feel like they really cared about me every step of the way. I can’t say enough about how much I love this agency!…

She is thoughtful, kind, caring, smart, patient, and an over all amazing woman. We have enjoyed bonding with her and our children love her so much as do we. What an amazing experience, I’ve known I wanted to be a surrogate for so long. YFA was an amazing place to start, I couldn’t have asked for a better team. From start to finish, they show they care. It’s not just a job for them. My IPs were amazing and still are, we keep in touch and I get pics of surro babes from time to time. Hoping to be able to surro one more time even!
The team at YFA is 100000/10. We cannot recommend working with them enough. Megan and her team are absolute rockstars and so understanding and helpful in navigating the process. I filled out my application and was looking at intended parents profiles fairly quickly and an abundant of families to chose from. YFA knew what I was looking for in my future match and tailored the profile matches to my wants and needs. Once matched, I was medically, physically and mentally cleared with in four weeks and had the transfer date selected once my next cycle started.
