I completed two cycles with this company, and I absolutely loved the experience. My twin sister also completed two cycles, and I was her partner during her retrieval weeks. So, in addition to helping create families, I got to travel to four different states with all my expenses paid and had such an amazing time! We created so many wonderful memories along the way. I will preface this to say that this was my initial experience with ED&SS. I did not, and would not ever at this point, pursue any further interaction for further relationship or partnership with them. Their requirements for both egg donors and surrogates are very strict (literally more strict than any other agency I’ve spoken to) and I am frustrated that I wasted time applying to them because they had gotten such great reviews. In addition, I wasn’t a fan of my experience with them even in the short time I had. The texts felt like I was talking to Amazon customer service, very impersonal and the phone call was exactly the same. The individual sounded rushed and kind of rude. Barnett is who I texted with and spoke on the phone with. I wasn’t impressed. I’ve spoken with multiple agencies at this point and this was genuinely the only bad experience/impression I’ve had. Age 28 is their cut off for egg donors, which is not ASRM guidelines and is lower than the standard. Their concern was me being on Sertraline until I found out I was pregnant with my son. She stated that if it’s on my records at all, it would be an automatic no (even though I didn’t take it while pregnant) which is not ASRM guidelines and if it’s not on my records then we could try to move forward but with the impression I got, I would not have any interest in moving forward with them regardless. I have checked my records and the only place Sertraline is mentioned is on my anatomy scan, and I was 1000% not on it then so I have no clue why it’s listed there but it’s nowhere else in any of my records. Where other agencies are being kind and talking to me about things like this and looking into things to see if it’s actually an issue or not (which thus far it has not been for ANY other agency), Barnett was not kind and very quickly shut me down. It felt like I was a bother to her. Neither of these have to do with ASRM guidelines and I’ve been approved by very reputable agencies with wonderful reviews so the issue is not with other agencies as they all follow ASRM guidelines as well. With the reviews that ED&SS gets, I was expecting a much different, much more pleasant experience (even if they couldn’t move forward with me for whatever reason) and I was sorely disappointed.…

We finished our surrogacy journey in April and had the most beautiful, perfect baby. The journey was seamless with EDSS and Rachel our coordinator was incredible. I couldn’t recommend them more! How can you possibly rate a business high enough or praise a group of people enough for helping bring your child into the world after years of fertility struggle?? It’s impossible to put into words but I’ll do my best. We chose ED&SS after interviewing multiple agencies and reviewing countless reviews. We had a wonderful experience with Egg Donor & Surrogate Solutions. From our initial call with Meg Watwood, their Surrogacy Education and Matching Specialist, we knew this was the agency we wanted to work with. She was friendly, open, direct, and transparent. The financial information was clear and easy to understand. It was also important to us that the company was progressive and inclusive. Although my husband and I are not members of the LGBTQ+ community, it was extremely important to us that we worked with a team that understands that love is what makes a family. We would not have been able to move forward with a company that did not share our values. The company has an extensive matching process designed to create thoughtful, compatible matches between intended parents and gestational carriers. We believe this is one of the reasons we were matched so seamlessly with our incredible GC and her husband. This is my first surrogate journey and there we just so many unknowns that I was up against. They deactivated my profile due to my age (at the time I was 30). I guess their "medical experts" feel that at 30 women are infertile and are no longer to have babies... I signed up to be a donor. Did not receive any interest for nearly 2 years. When they did contact me with an interested party, I did not want to donate anymore (planning my wedding and would be trying to conceive after). I asked them to delete my profile several times before anyone got back to me and said ok. Over 6 months later, today, they contact me and ask if I'd like to be a donor before they delete my profile. I am very uncomfortable with the fact that they did not delete my profile when I asked many times. Extremely unprofessional. They clearly don't care much about donor's wishes.…
I completed my 1st cycle with this agency. My donation cycle moved rather quickly in the beginning stages, although I didn’t feel overwhelmed. My direct contact Angela, really made the process very seamless from the beginning to the end. I did have to travel for my donation, that process was very easy and the hotel stay was comfortable. Before Surrogate Solutions, I was adamant that I'd only do an independent journey as a GC, because I felt strongly that agencies were out there to con vulnerable IPs out of even more money on an expensive endeavour. However, the IPs I desperately wanted to help were already signed up with SS, so I reluctantly agreed to also join. I have been very pleasantly surprised! My coordinator (Whitney) has been so helpful with everything from calming my nerves to talking through protocols I'd got from the clinic that I didn't fully understand. I live north of Atlanta and had a great experience as an IP with Egg Donor & Surrogate Solutions. (For full disclosure, I had such a great experience that I went on staff with them in 2025). I have done multiple journeys with egg donor and Surrogate Solutions. I would highly recommend them! They were all great experiences. Very communicative and supportive through every single step! Even on my first journey, I felt very comfortable. Just pick some and figure out some questions you want to ask them and make sure that the agency fits the way you want your journey to look. Highly recommend egg donor and surrogate solutions. They treat you like family, and are based out of Texas (not that that matters). They also give you the coolest goodies along the way. But things to consider when looking for an agency- make sure they are a part of seeds ethics committee, 3rd party escrow, you choose your own lawyer, you choose your own IPs (you don’t just want the next available), you choose your comp and non negotiables.
Everyone was great and professional, smooth process, helpful with mediating any concerns we had, on top of taking care of things logistically etc.
I am currently an IP with them and loving every step of the way so far. Every team member from insurance to matching and our amazing coordinator has been lovely! Very informative, great communication, kind, and caring. They really do go on the journey with you and advocate for you. We’ve had 1 embryo transfer so far that sadly didn’t work out, but keeping our fingers crossed and hoping the rest of the process goes great with this agency (I have a good feeling it will!)

They are endorsed by Seeds, use third parties for legal and escrow. I never felt like a number and I loved that my coordinator was a surrogate. I feel cared for and valued. I cannot say enough about Egg Donor & Surrogate Solutions. Their personal care is top notch. They value my preferences and my values. They educated me and they are always there when I need anything. I have my own coordinator, they offer support groups facilitated by an industry professional. The owner has even called me several times to just check in. Egg Donor and Surrogate solutions is known for their high ethical standards and that’s actually what led me to them as an intended parent. I’m sure there are lots of ethical agencies, but I was pretty freaked out by this being a really unregulated industry.
