    I unfortunately cannot recommend the Surrogacy Center of Philadelphia and its sister agency, The Surrogacy Center of Hawaii in Oahu. We’ve been working with both. As intended parents, our experience with this agency has been extremely disappointing. We paid for professional guidance, communication, and support throughout our surrogacy journey, and unfortunately, we have not felt that we…
