This is a great agency ! Brad is always available, funny and he is responding very quickly via what's app (does he even sleep?). Surrogates are fully screened and there is a surrogate coordinator. Always good advises. You can trust them !!!
It started with a thought, a dream, “As a man can I have a baby on my own?”. I had no idea what the process involved or even where to begin. After a few Google searches, I landed on the Same Love Surrogacy website. Right away, it felt warm and personal, very different from the other agencies I found which were corporate and impersonal Immediately I could tell these people were the ones who can help me with my wishes! My intended parent coordinator, Heath, was incredibly patient, answering all of my questions and giving me a broad understanding of the timeline. We grew and conversations got more granular, set expectations, discussed milestones and what to look out for in case things don’t work out as hoped. I genuinely looked forward to every email as my understanding of the process grew and saw how the agency acted as a hub between the people involved, clinics, doctors, lawyers and me! Without that guidance and coordination, the entire experience would have been completely overwhelming. The hand-holding and personal support I received from Same Love made all the difference. I reached my goal and became a father to the most beautiful little girl in the world, I cant thank Same Love enough for helping this man build a family and a chance at life to love!…

I can't say enough wonderful things about Same Love Surrogacy, being a first time surrogate, currently age 41 and delivered a beautiful healthy baby boy in May 2026. In December 2024 after discussing a lifelong dream of mine with my husband, we signed up with SLS through my good long-time friend & coordinator Ashley, who is also a successful surrogate herself. I was so impressed with all of Ashley's industry knowledge, past experiences and general information that it made the entire process so flawless. My situation was a little different as I was older, did not have insurance, and had to get a few female checkups out of the way before I could get cleared to proceed, but thankfully I was able to get it handled quickly and painlessly. It did not take very long for me to match with a wonderful male couple with whom both my husband & I had the best Zoom call with, and I knew immediately that I wanted to be their surrogate. Ashley took the time to walk us through next steps, legal expectations, and responsibilities on my end for all the big and little stuff in between. I was really thankful as well for the other SLS coordinators who stepped in to assist when my coordinator was out of office so I was not left alone at any point of the entire process. I had looked into surrogacy years ago but got so overwhelmed with the lack of information or help that I ended up not even reaching out to some of the agencies but I'm so glad I did this past year. If you are looking to donate or become a surrogate, I highly recommend submitting your information and speaking with their wonderful staff. SLS will explain the entire process, assist you every step of the way and actually be there from the beginning to the end of each journey. I am currently healing up from my first journey but will be able to begin my second surrogacy journey May 2027. I do have to say, though, that communication and building a relationship with the intended parents are key to a successful and happy journey. Unfortunately, not all journeys are sunshine and rainbows, but I know for mine both myself and my husband were on a big group text chat with the intended parents in which we texted almost daily, shared everyday pictures of our lives, activities, and families with them and vice versa. I'm happy to say that I cherish their friendship every day for that openness that helped in building a great foundation throughout the journey that continues even now today.…

Heath, Samantha, and the rest of the team were outstanding. They were incredibly kind, supportive, and compassionate throughout the entire process. They were also exceptionally organized and took the time to explain every step along the way, which gave us so much confidence and peace of mind. Rather than having to find escrow agencies, attorneys, and counselors on our own, they connected us with trusted professionals they had already built relationships with. That made the entire process much simpler, smoother, and faster. They also encouraged us to schedule a video call with our egg donor. THIS ANGENCY'S VERY OWN FERTILITY DOCTOR PUT A SEVERELY GROWTH RESTRICTED BABY IN ME. WHICH INCREASED MY RISK FOR HEMORRHAGE AND DEATH. The entire time I was told baby might die, and only grew to be 3 pounds. That was not my burden to carry !!!! I PRAY TO GOD THIS GREEDY AGENCY DOESNT TAKE THESE PARENTS MONEY AGAIN AND DO THIS TO ANOTHER WOMAN--- Fertility doctor also liked getting rough with me. parents had a known long family history of severe IUGR. I highly doubt no one invovled knew ! , the agency absolutely had a duty to protect me. I WONDER HOW ONE OF THEIR COORDINATORS, MANY OF WHICH HAVE BEEN SURROGATES WOULD FEEL IF THIS WAS DONE TO THEM????? MANY OF THEM HAVE BEEN SURROGATES MORE THAN ONCE AND YOUR GONNA TELL ME THIS HAD NOTHING TO DO WITH YOU. PATHETIC!!! My IPs were beyond selfish spoiled entitled men. They could care less how their lies hurt me in this process which should have been beautiful for me too, but I got nothing but horror and trauma and abused. I'm beyond. disgusted I carried a baby for people who treated me like yesterday's trash. Wealthy Hollywood men who preyed on and took advantage of a young single mother. What was done to me was cruel , dehumanizing and barbaric. dont do this lady's it is nothing but smoke and mirrors / spoiled rotten wealthy men who can rent out women's wombs. I was financially and spiritually ripped off. A meager payment that did not reflect that absolute horror and abuse I was put through. My experience with this surrogacy agency was devastating. I was not compensated for my breast milk . My coordonator pocketed the money and took it from my IPS escrow. Despite facing GROSS medical negligence during delivery a situation that could have cost both my life and the baby’s , the agency and intended parents remained silent. No one stood up for me. I was left in an operating room for over two hours due to skipped surgical counts, my unconcious body was run through an x ray machine, and the evidence suggests my OB left an instrument inside me and had to cut back in ! putting my life as a single mother at the time in imminent danger, --- If anyone involved gave an ounce of a care they would have reported it to the medical board.... my induction was scheduled and I was told to take my time getting to the hospital.... yet surgical counts were skipped.... I was treated as less than human, and provided no trauma-informed support afterward. I wasn't even given the option to hold the baby I underwent an emergency C section for and suffered a severe hemorrhage. I cant imagine the horrific hell fire trauma i went through didnt also cross into the babys nervous system... I was forced to carry a severely growth restricted baby which put my life at even higher risk. To make matters worse, I was not given full disclosure of the parents’ long medical history of IUGR (intrauterine growth restriction), which directly impacted my pregnancy. Instead of protection and transparency, I was left to manage tens of thousands of dollars in their payments , taking care of / keeping track of ten or more bills a week , undergoing frequent blood labs , all while my health and dignity were disregarded. The entire experience felt predatory and exploitative. Surrogates deserve honesty, protection, and care , I did not receive that.…
Yesterday I decided to go back to work after believing taking some time off to carry for a deserving family would be a good idea. Unfortunately the agency said they do not want surrogates staying home during pregnancy but Asa mother 3 don't want to work and carry a child at the same time as it can cause unwanted stress. I do think it is unfortunate that something that actually benefits the unborn children's safety/well being would be an issue and also delay intended and hopeful parents unfortunate delay in carrying out their family desires. You hear stories about the bond you build with the parents, but what you don’t hear about is also the bond you build with your coordinator. We mostly interacted with Heath who is personable, efficient, pretty much always available and made everything run very smoothly. On matching timelines they overdelivered both times compared to their initial estimates. I research for years before becoming a surrogate and it took me about 5 of those years to find the perfect fit. Many of the agencies I spoke with made me feel like a number but Jenn H with Same Love made me feel seen, valued, respected, appreciated, and supported. She’s an AMAZING intake coordinator. Ive worked with Same Love Surrogacy for 4 years. Everyone is so kind and amazing through every one of my cycles and I always look forward to working with them! I only did one surrogacy journey and it was an amazing experience. My coordinator was fantastic and so caring. I experienced a traumatic life event in my personal life right after my successful transfer and Mary (my coordinator) was there for me, she checked in on me, offered her support, and truly cared about me as a person and not just a surrogate. After I delivered I experienced some postpartum depression and she was there for me again, the agency also provided some counseling that helped tremendously. I was given gifts from the agency to commemorate my journey; two beautiful necklaces with charms. If I were younger, I would consider another journey using Same Love Surrogacy.…
I just finished my first journey as a surrogate with SLS. I had an excellent support team of 2 coordinators, Faith and Andrea. They were both absolutely lovely and there to answer all my questions and concerns. Whenever I wasn't sure about something or felt the health care coordination had gotten messy they helped me straighten things out right away. I greatly appreciated the thorough physical and mental health and background checks, the transparency about what was expected every step of the way, and the questionnaires given to help match surrogates with intended parents based on health, geographical, and risk concerns. My journey was complicated by me having to quit my long term full time job partially due to discrimination of me having been a surrogate and my intended parents I was carrying for were gracious enough to help me at the end of my journey during my job transition. It was very stressful for me, and I'm sure it made it more difficult to deal with me, and I am very grateful for the never ending patience and empathy I received from the advisors and intended parents. I am so happy I got to deliver a happy healthy baby for the intended parents and am hoping in the distant future to consider a second journey with SLS.…
Heath at Same Love Surrogacy provided an outstanding level of support and care through our surrogacy journey. Throughout the process he explained everything in detail including the process of finding a surrogate match, the legal contract, the steps of the journey, and he collaborated closely with our fertility clinic, attorney, and escrow services. It was immediately comforting to know that each surrogate screened through Same Love Surrogacy were supportive and embracing of LGBT families. This made the screening process so much easier for us as a couple. I was a gestational surrogate at SLS. They paired me with the greatest intended parents, always took care of any bumps or questions I had, talked me through my first hormone shot late in the evening, and it was just overall a great first experience for something that can be a little scary at first. Brad and his team have been nothing short of fantastic! Embarking on a surrogacy/egg donor journey as a single man is a daunting endeavor. I was a surrogate and finished my journey with SLS in April. I don't have enough good things to say - my coordinator, Mary, was wonderful with communication such as answering each and every question I had (usually before I could even ask) and notifying me of all the resources available to me. I finished my journey with Same Love in March 2025 and now have a healthy, handsome little boy! I had a rough time with another agency before - wasted a year and a half and had three failed matches. Switching to Same Love was honestly the best decision I made. The team is amazing. Heath, my coordinator, truly knows this process inside and out. Will not recommend this agency. Not sure about the surrogate coordinator, but the IP coordinator (H) is a terrible guy, sarcastic has no empathy. Not a good experience at all.
We've worked with Kevin since October 2023 on our IP journey with Same Love- he's a charm. It's been a long time coming, but we just welcomed out child in June 2025. The whole journey went pretty seamless and Kevin was there to support us throughout the journey. I've had friends use other, larger agencies and they were often passed around to numerous contacts- we loved Same Love because we always had one Kevin. After going research and speaking with other agencies, we picked Same Love- we just connected with our contact and everything was laid out well. We used San Diego Fertility Center which Same Love has a good relationship with. Our surrogate match was perfect- we connected well, she was great, and in a location driving distance from us. We now have a happy and healthy baby! From outreach to baby was about 1 year 8 months, which seemed quick in our book! Thanks again for everything.…

As a gay couple, we are so thankful to Same Love for enabling us to become parents to two beautiful babies! We would have not known where to start. They found us a surrogate mother who is like an angel sent from god. They found us a perfect egg donor that mixed both of our heritage (Caucasian/Philippino). My husband and I have *very* positive things to say about Same Love Surrogacy after experiences at two different surrogacy agencies. (I will not name the other agency, but I will say that I wish we had done both our surrogacy processes through them. We have recommended them to family members.) SLS was very proactive and communicative throughout the process, and Heath was great to work with. We really liked our gestational carrier, SLS connected us to her in a timely manner, and she said that she had a good experience working with her coordinator at SLS. To me, that checks the three basic boxes of the surrogacy process: delivering on promises, communicating well, and making the experience good for the surrogate. SLS is not an inexpensive agency, but we found that that it was well worth the cost: they delivered what they promised in a timely manner, we did not have to push to get what we had paid for, and we felt good that our surrogate was well treated. I will end by saying that I like the fact that they charge a relatively low fee to get on their waiting list and then charge you more fully once they are actually providing services. This seems like a fair and reasonable way to run things, but it is far from universal. I have noticed, though, that at least one other surrogacy firm has changed to SLS’s pricing structure since we started our process of becoming parents, and I hope future IPs will keep pushing for firms to adopt this system.…
For years I have wanted to be a surrogate. I started out with an agency in San Diego that was horrible with communication and drug out the process for so long I ended up changing my mind. After doing some research I came across SLS and knew it was the fit for me. Mary was my coordinator and she was on top of everything from beginning to end. I had always dreamed of being a surrogate but I never thought that my experience would exceed my expectations.
Had a mixed experience as an IPs. GC’s coordinator is great. IPs’ coordinator (Heath) is not fantastic. We initially loved the idea of two different coordinators who know your experience, but in retrospect we wished we had a single coordinator for both IPs and GC, as it sometimes got challenging. The owner (Brad) seems great, and has the right idea. I just wish they had better staffing on the IP coordinator side, or just let the GC coordinators do both.

I recently finished my second surrogacy journey as a surrogate and decided to use an agency this time. After lots of research I decided to proceed with SLS and I am beyond thrilled I did! This was my 6th pregnancy/7th baby and this was by FAR my BEST pregnancy experience ever!! I did a lot of research before picking Same Love Surrogacy as my agency with a surrogate journey. I love that the agency started on the foundation of wanting to help the lgbtq community for those that need help and support in starting a family. I only have positive things to say about my whole experience with the agency and in particular with my coordinator, Mary Magness. She was there for me with any questions that I had and made the whole process very smooth. They matched me with the best couple I could have ever asked for and we created a really great bond throughout the whole journey, and now extending afterwards. I worked with some other amazing people throughout my donation process at the Western Fertility Institute. Dr. Kumar performed the surgery and made me feel very comfortable and helped calm my nerves beforehand. And I have to thank the nurses at WFI especially for helping me before and after surgery! We just had our SECOND baby with SLS and the journey was flawless each time. The SLS team was there for us at every step. It is so great that they are located in Los Angeles, right next to our IVF clinic, and they matched us with a surrogate close to our clinic. We especially appreciated the support they provided for the surrogates, which made our experience so much more rewarding and easygoing.
I cannot say enough good things about our experience with SLS. We had the privilege of working directly with Brad who held our hands throughout the entire process. His honesty and straightforwardness made him a pleasure to work with, and his knowledge and expertise in the field facilitated an utterly seamless surrogacy journey. For being a first time surrogate I can say that I have absolutely loved my journey so far. While I wish I could give five stars, my experience here has been pretty negative. After having to switch coordinators due to the first not requesting documents from my doctors, the new one was very on top of things and I felt things were good. When I had my match and eventually went to their clinic, I didn't know that SLS already had prior issues with the doctor. At my medical screening the doctor said I needed a hysteroscopy done as a shadow was observed but that it was very routine and shouldn't be an issue. After speaking to my coordinator it sounded like the IPs may not want to move forward as that doctor wanted to charge $9k. I said I would talk to my OBGYN to find out the cost as I wanted to make sure everyone was good too. I paid about $2,100 out of pocket myself for this surgery. And according to other surrogates once you have this surgery you should be good and done. Well my IPs doctor never read the report and had me back for another SIS and still saw a shadow (which now has been said is likely uterine lining from birth control). This agency did nothing to advocate for me even after having me spend my own money on a surgery my own OB said was pointless because I didn't need it. Now they came back and asked if I would pay for it again AND pay to travel to to CA to see a different IVF clinic to be cleared. After two months of being ghosted asking for follow up, I'm posting this here so hopefully someone else doesn't get the same treatment I did.…

I can’t say enough great things about this agency. Kevin and his team worked with us to help us complete our family through surrogacy. They walked us through every detail and held her hands through every part of the process. Our journey moved very smoothly and we now have an amazing five month old baby girl and we still keep in touch with our surrogate as she is an amazing person. I just completed my first surrogacy journey on February 16. It was nearly 2 years in the making and the best experience I could have ever dreamed of. I have wanted to be a surrogate for nearly 15 years and Same Love helped me experience that. My coordinator was Ashley Chasteen and she was absolutely amazing. She sat through my crying phone calls and I always felt supported, heard, and seen with her. I love that all of their coordinators have experienced surrogacy firsthand. I matched with the best couple anyone could ask for. They completely trusted my ability to grown and care for their baby. We’ve gotten so close and they even consider me family now. My hospital even complimented Same Love. They have dealt with a few agencies but Same Love stood out because they called way ahead of delivery to make sure the hospital had all the documents necessary. I started my surrogate journey in 2022. My coordinator Ashley Chasteen was hands down the best coordinator I could’ve asked for. She was more like a friend. She helped me through the entire journey and advocated for me. She understood my feelings and helped me work through them. She was the biggest supporter and was there for me 24/7. I'm an experienced surrogate and used this company for my second journey. I don't believe they screen their IPs correctly as I started having issues with mine post delivery. Things like paying their bills, using an escrow account, paying me the rest of my compensation and the like. They had no answers. They just allowed the IPs to walk all over them and essentially me. They didn't use any means to enforce the contract. All they had were apologies. There was no fight in them. Compared to my other agency that I have experience with, I'm being generous giving them one star. I am now stuck with bills because of their lack of support. They don't work for the surrogate, I don't even know if they work for the IPs but they are a joke.…
Awful experience for both my partner and I: we’ve had to terminate our agreement with this agency after contracting them to help us find a surrogate in.. November 2022 (and no result on finding us one). We understood that the agencies process of starting to look for surrogates would not start up until our embryos got created (mid-2023), which was fine. We have however not felt supported through this whole journey and sensed that our point of contact was more interested in making money rather than helping couples realise their dreams. They made us several false promises about waiting periods (“we will have someone for you in December” closer to the date it would then become “January”, then “February”) whereas other agencies waiting periods is literally one to three months. During that waiting time we were having alerts from friends letting us know that this agencies service went from good (a few years back) to really bad, which we’ve literally witnessed. Never again.…

I just completed a journey a few months ago with Same Love Surrogacy. This was my first surrogacy and was so lucky to be put with Lisa through my journey. I read good things about this agency & decided to try to be a surrogate for my 3rd time everything was going good, Monica was very good at communicating with me at all times. After reviewing the compensation package I decided to not go with this agency. I asked Monica to release my medical records she collected from my previous facilities & right away she replied with a "no" now she's just being a petty person because I chose not to continue with the process.
I just finished my second donation (had my retrieval today!) My first donation was with another agency, and it has given me another experience with which I can compare my journey with SLS. I have experienced so much joy, excitement, comfort, and for whatever reason so much less pain this time. I am convinced that Vanessa Torrez being my coordinator has played a huge role in my wonderful experience! I failed twice on embryo transfers at SDFC with Dr. Chuan in late 2019. Same Love has been helping me along the way, now I am waiting for them to introduce me another surrogate, I have been waiting for about 5 months now, still don't know when it will be my turn. Non of the surrogates they introduced to me lives in California where I live, the very last one they introduced to me was a 39-year-old-mom out of state, I did not choose her, am I too picky? The people working at Same Love Surrogacy are mostly from the LGBT community. It is one of the things that makes their agency's employees more dedicated to providing all the comfort and convenience to their clients as they understand first-hand what a gay single/couple might go through during the surrogacy process. Our coordinator was also a former gay Intended Parent, so we felt that he truly understand our position in the process.
In the end, the surrogate coordinator informed me that I didn’t meet the requirements to become a surrogate. However, there are no hard feelings here as they were very upfront with the fact that me and my husband’s income was not stable enough for their criteria. I am still glad that they like to make sure that the babies are being cared for in a stable home, and I hope that one day I can still be a surrogate for an amazing family one day.
The people working at Same Love Surrogacy are really good with handling people in a professional and patient manner. We were nervous and asked a lot of questions. Thankfully they were very patient with us and were extremely responsive. Everyone at SLS helped put us at ease. Highly recommend!
Being a gay couple is hard enough and opting for surrogacy on top of that is a further challenge. I am glad that Same Love Surrogacy has made the process so smooth for us. They were really comforting during the entire process and seem to really understand the plight of gay couples choosing surrogacy as their path to parenthood.

Our surrogate was a 32 year old woman and she gave birth to our beautiful girl just a couple of months ago. People here are very professional and know how to take the stress off of their clients by assisting them with the paperwork andexplaining the whole surrogacy process. It assured us we were in good handsand that we were going to be well taken care of on this adventure.

In speaking with one of the coordinators, I found that many of the staff members at SLS are gay men, which is something I discovered was unique in this industry. This company is amazing, if someone is putting a bad review for not being accepted obviously they are not a good candidate for donation or surrogacy. I've been a surrogate with Samelove and everyone has been very nice & helpful from the beginning to end and beyond. Any problems that happened were taken care of immediately by Jay or Ashley. I’ve been a surrogate with this agency and can confirm that they treat their surrogates and Intended Parents the best out of any agency I’ve experienced. Their hearts are in the right place and they seem to honestly want to make the experience as easy and personable as possible. I (and my IPs) felt truly cared for the entire experience and even after! They are friendly and try to give you information but They didn’t make me feel very comfortable and I felt like I was doing the process alone however the lawyer they provided me with was very helpful and informative and even when I was unsure she helped me

Who is your coordinator? Kevin is amazing. They do have a long IP list with not many surrogates though. I was a GC twice for SLS. and worked for them for a few years.
I have been with Same Love since May this year and coincidentally on a flight to LA (now) for my medical clearance appt. My coordinator is Andrea and she is the best! I’ve been with her since day 1, no changes. She is really on her stuff, if I have an appt, she’s checking in before and after. If something needs to be paid or booked, she’s on it. I negotiated my comp and everything else I wanted with no problem. I have had a great experience thus far and would pick them over and over again if it continues to go well. I’m meeting my IP’s tomorrow which I’m excited for. They did a great job with matching be (both times) I got denied by the first clinic so had to break match. I was rematched with a wonderful couple within 2 weeks. I can’t really speak on the lawsuit so do your research but from my understanding they were with some other owners and parted ways. They became Same Love and the others became All Love surrogacy (or something like that). I can’t wait to talk to my IPs tomorrow about what they think or how their experience has been. So far, mine has been great.…
