She earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the prestigious Xiangya School of Medicine, Central South University, and began her career as a Registered Nurse at Peking Union Medical College Hospital —widely regarded as one of China’s top medical institutions. Driven by a passion for advancing healthcare beyond clinical settings, Chris transitioned to Johnson & Johnson , where she held multiple roles across sales, marketing, and medical education, gaining a deep understanding of healthcare operations from both business and patient-care perspectives. She later earned her MBA from the University of California, Irvine , graduating with distinction. This blend of medical knowledge and business acumen paved the way for her next chapter at Hanabusa IVF / Asian Egg Bank , where she acquired first-hand expertise in surrogacy and egg donation. Over the years, she has guided countless intended parents, surrogates, and egg donors through every step of the process.
