We had a very hard, long journey. I was sometimes emotionally exhausted - and tough. But Kelli David stuck with us — through all the tears, the hard days, and she was there the day we held our baby in our arms for the first time. She also didn’t just find us a surrogate but she matched us with a new family member, who will also be the best auntie!!! I’m so glad we went through our journey as intended parents with Ivy! We had talked to several other agencies before I spoke to Kelli and they all felt transactional. Talking to Kelli was a breath of fresh air and immediately after, I knew I wanted to work with her. It just felt like she cared and wasn’t just about making money. They were the only agency we talked to that doesn’t charge an agency fee until we were matched. Other agencies make you pay the fee before you can even review their candidates. We had no idea what to expect as it was our first journey and it went as smoothly as we could have hoped for. Kelli was always there and quick to respond with any questions we had. I am an intended parent, and have gone through the surrogacy process with Kelli. The surrogacy process has a lot of ups and downs, and Kelli and her team go above and beyond the call of duty to help both the IP's and surrogate. She has awesome customer service, and also responds very quickly to all questions and problems. I have spoken to other agencies, and they do not have the hands on customer service that Ivy has, and have a more corporate like experience. Highly recommend!
We had an amazing experience with IVY Surrogacy. Our journey for our little one was a long an arduous process made more difficult by agencies with shady business practices. When we found Kelli and IVY Surrogacy, we had been burned a few times and let Kelli know our concerns and fears. As an IP I don’t recommend this agency. You’ll notice most positive reviews are by surrogates. We had a late loss and didn’t so much as receive a sympathy card from them. The day of the loss I was supposed to be on the call for the appointment and was left for over an hour not knowing what was going on. When Kelli finally texted me asking me to call her she asked if I spoke to the doctor and when I said no, no one called me she said with a sigh, “I guess I’ll have to tell you then”. Since then, which was early June, we’ve been told our match now has adenomyosis and they don’t have any other available GCs. For $10k they could try to find us one (after already paying an extraordinary agency fee of $40k). It also appears that we’ve been double charged for procedures— twice for a hysterscopy, plus charges that just say “UCSF” despite there also being charges for the D&E. Oh, and we are still being charged for the GC’s monthly allowance in October despite terminating the contract in September and all medical procedures being completed in August. I asked for an itemized bill and the reply I got back says, “ Escrow portal has all payments you can see what was spent.” And a reminder apparently more money will be due. So kind. UPDATE: It turns out our surrogate was hospitalized and had procedures we were never made aware of. Additionally, it’s now October and apparently, only by finally being given access to the medical records, do I now know the surrogate had placenta previa. We had no answers provided around our 17 week loss even though our surrogate had, and therefore Ivy Surrogacy should have provided, this information months ago. I let Kelli and Ivy Surrogacy know how disappointed and upset this experience has made us and there’s been no apologies or sense of accountability. If you’re an IP, please look elsewhere where you will find support during this very sensitive time.…

There are so many things to look for when finding an agency to help a family bring home a child. I did so much searching and found that ivy surrogacy was the best fit! And finishing a journey with them for the time was amazin! They 100% are with you the entire time. Someone is always there to answer every single one of your questions no matter what time of day it is. They always check on you as well. This is my second time being a surrogate with this company and they’re absolutely amazing. I would recommend them to anyone who would want to be a surrogate, they take good care of everything you need. Kelli is truly the best and is so helpful.
Based solely on my personal experience, I am writing this review as a gestational surrogate through Ivy Surrogacy, located in Diamond Bar, CA. My journey began in October of 2022 and was going smoothly until I experienced a miscarriage in April after my first transfer date on 01 March. At that time, I was receiving amazing support and empathy from my case manager, Jannette. Her presence and guidance were invaluable and unmatched. However, after Jannette left the agency, things took a complete 360. During my second transfer date on 05 July, which Jannette attended, I experienced another miscarriage on 19 August. Unfortunately, the new case manager and the agency provided me with almost no support, leaving me feeling alone and unsupported during a traumatic period. Shockingly, I received more support from Jannette, who had already moved to a new agency, than from my own case manager. They had not contacted me until a week later, with a short "How are you?" message, and then only to inform me that my contract was ending. The lack of support and empathy I received was astounding. Although I did not expect my journey to be straightforward, I certainly did not anticipate going through it unsupported. I found myself back in urgent care a month after my miscarriage with retained tissue, and I required a D&C because the agency had failed to request an ultrasound after the incident. Again, from my personal experience, Ivy Surrogacy lost a remarkable case manager, which left me feeling unsupported during stressful periods. Worse surrogacy agency I have came across. Everyone there must be new because they had no clue what they were talking about annd the one that did she spoke way too much. Either train your employees right or don’t have a business! smh
I really love this agency and staff they have been here for me and made everything run smoothly from start to finish. I’m about to return in do my last surrogacy with them next year. They are very supportive and helpful I guarantee you that ur experience will be wonderful and worth it

I was a surrogate twice with Ivy and once with a different agency. My first surrogacy with Ivy was great! I felt like I had a lot of help coordinating the process and answering any questions. The second time around there was very little communication and guidance and not much of a support group that they offer when you sign your contract. I also had medical complications immediately following my second surrogacy and wished there was more help there (definitely do your research about becoming a surrogate). As far as an agency, if you’re someone who is experienced as a surrogate and is simply just looking to help a family then this place is ok. It very much had me feeling like my first agency wasn’t all that bad.…
I most DEFINITELY DO NOT RECOMMEND they are speaking to me like I’m stupid I literally just asked for pricing info and whoever responded is speaking to me as if idk how to read the title of the page which clearly states the word surrogacy in it. I didn’t even ask if their an IVF clinic and first thing this person did was assume I haven’t been to one RUDE NO THANK YOU

I have been working with them for a few months, but I’m really not fond of their customer service. How I’ve been treated so far. I’ve been promised quite a bit and it’s been the complete opposite of that,
