Melissa brings a unique blend of personal experience and professional expertise to her role at US Surrogacy LLC. After completing her first surrogacy journey in 2015, Melissa discovered a passion for helping others build their families that would ultimately shape the next chapter of her life. The relationships she formed and the fulfillment she experienced inspired her to transition into the surrogacy industry professionally in 2016. Since then, she has completed two additional surrogacy journeys and built more than a decade of experience supporting intended parents and gestational carriers. As a three-time surrogate and seasoned case manager, Melissa offers firsthand insight into the emotional, logistical, and rewarding aspects of the surrogacy process. Her personal experience allows her to connect deeply with both intended parents and surrogates, providing guidance, understanding, and support every step of the way. What motivates Melissa most is witnessing the life-changing moments that occur throughout each journey. From medical clearances and positive pregnancy milestones to delivery day and beyond, she finds immense joy in helping families navigate the path to parenthood. Melissa understands that not every journey is easy, but she believes the challenges are made worthwhile by the incredible outcomes and relationships that develop along the way. She is continually inspired by the selflessness of surrogates and the resilience of intended parents, and she takes great pride in helping guide them through both the highs and lows of the process. Her passion for surrogacy extends beyond case management, as she is also dedicated to educating others about family-building options and raising awareness about the positive impact surrogacy can have on individuals and families. Outside of work, Melissa lives in Southern California with her husband of more than 20 years, their two children, and their dog, Willow. She enjoys traveling with her family, spending time with lifelong friends, staying active, and cheering on her favorite sports teams. Melissa is an enthusiastic advocate for surrogacy and enjoys attending industry conferences, participating in educational discussions, and sharing her knowledge with others. Her warmth, experience, and genuine passion for helping families grow make her a valued member of the US Surrogacy LLC team.
