About
Morgane has been a dedicated member of the surrogacy community since 2017, when an opportunity to use her bilingual French-English skills unexpectedly introduced her to the world of surrogacy. What began as a new career path quickly became a lifelong passion. Over the years, Morgane has supported countless intended parents and gestational carriers while also experiencing surrogacy firsthand as a two-time gestational carrier herself. Her first journey helped close friends welcome their child in 2022, and her second journey helped two French fathers expand their family with the birth of their second child in 2024. These deeply personal experiences gave Morgane a unique understanding of the emotional, transformative nature of surrogacy and strengthened her commitment to supporting others as they pursue their dreams of parenthood. As a Case Manager, she combines professional expertise with personal insight to guide intended parents and surrogates through every step of the process with compassion, encouragement, and care. Morgane is passionate about building meaningful relationships and creating a supportive environment for the families and surrogates she serves. She understands that surrogacy can be both exciting and emotionally complex, and she takes pride in helping her journeys feel informed, supported, and confident throughout the process. As a French native, she is especially grateful for the opportunity to assist French-speaking intended parents and help bridge language and cultural barriers during such an important chapter of their lives. Her background in education, combined with her personal and professional experience in surrogacy, fuels her love of sharing knowledge, answering questions, and advocating for greater awareness of family-building options. She believes that every successful journey is a testament to the generosity, courage, and dedication of the remarkable women who choose to become surrogates. Outside of work, Morgane lives in Minnesota with her husband, Dave, their two sons, Noah and Liam, and their beloved dog and cat. She enjoys spending time with her family, taking long walks, solving puzzles, building LEGO sets, and dreaming of one day visiting Australia to see koalas in their natural habitat. Whether she is supporting a journey, sharing her personal experiences, or advocating for surrogacy awareness, Morgane brings warmth, enthusiasm, and genuine passion to everything she does.
