Wendy Rudolph

We welcomed our consulting associate, Wendy S. Rudolph, to ARTparenting in 2015. Meryl B. Rosenberg, our founder, and Wendy met while working together on philanthropic causes in the DC area. When Wendy and Meryl cycled off the Executive Committee of the Jewish Federation of Greater Washington at the same time, they knew they wanted to continue their association. She has an extensive background in contract and family law and can empathize with the intended parents, having dealt with fertility issues before raising her four children. Now, having worked with Meryl for almost ten years, Wendy has a passion for family building through surrogacy and third-parties. Wendy received her BA and JD from the George Washington University in Washington, DC. She was a partner at Caplin & Drysdale for 12 years and later represented children in child abuse cases in the DC courts. In recent years, she has been working with various non-profit organizations in leadership positions — including her role as co-chair for an international collaborative funders group. She is admitted to the bar in the District of Columbia. Wendy takes great pride in getting to know each client personally — treating them with respect, compassion and patience. Due to her caring nature and professionalism, she will quickly resolve any issues that may arise during the contract phase and beyond.
