    Well it happened, we have a beautiful baby girl!!! The process is just so hard and long and complicated and while I have no other agencies to compare it to, the case coordinator is the person that makes the difference. Make sure to focus on that when you are looking for an agency. Amy was ours and she was patient and thoughtful and encouraging through the experience.
