Laura Davis has over twenty years of experience in the fertility field, offering both professional expertise and deep personal insight into the life-changing journey of family building. Her path into this field began from the most personal of places, as an egg donor and later a gestational surrogate, driven by a strong desire to share the gift of parenthood with others. What began as a calling soon became her life’s work. Laura has since held a series of leadership roles within West Coast Surrogacy and West Coast Egg Donation, including Surrogate Case Manager, Program Director, and Director of Operations. Today, as Chief Executive Officer, she leads with vision, empathy, and a steadfast commitment to supporting intended parents and surrogates alike. She is dedicated to fostering collaboration and ensuring each family’s journey is guided with care and integrity. Beyond her work in fertility, Laura has always been dedicated to service. She has mentored high school students as a job coach, preparing them for success after graduation, and spent many years supporting HIV+ ex-offenders as they reintegrated into society, helping them access housing, medical care, and vital resources. A native of Long Beach, California, Laura earned her BA in Psychology from California State University, Fullerton.
